those extensions blend in so well
This is going back a few years but I remember she specifically made comments about how she really didn’t like Lily Melrose and called her a bitch which I found quite shocking (at the time). Then she was bitching about that Poppy girl that was in Dailymix bootcamp, who apparently had been talking to Tanya Burr about how she was going to be signed to Gleam. Zoe basically just scoffed at the comment and said she found her really annoying and there was no way gleam we’re going to sign her. It was just really obvious that she loved to openly bitch about people and no one really shunned her for it. Not so cute and innocent as she likes to portray, but I’m pretty sure we all see through that!
Other things that stood out:
- Everyone was lovely except Tanya B who I found really uncomfortable to work with. She had such a stand offish attitude and came across as really stuck up. Jim on the other hand was charming!
- Zoe and Alfie were so full on with PDA it was pretty embarrassing considering their age. Alfie kept grabbing her boobs in public which was v awkward and I remember thinking it was pretty immature.

I think my biggest problem with zoe is that she literally never tries to do anything out of her comfort zone, and she really has no actual talent. like i guess her whole thing is that she's supposed to be creative, but she's really nothing that special in that department. all she does is buy tons of generic decorations for every season and omg i hate her style nowadays. it used to be really cute (but maybe it was bc i was young also lol) but now she just wears such weird combinations of things that look so confusing when she puts them all together. same thing goes for her home decor, more is not always better! and zoe has SUCH a huge team that she doesn't even write her insta or blog posts anymore...and you can tell they're all so generic.
I have some respect for Tanya and Niomi because they at least tried to go out and learn/try new things- like tanya went for acting and really committed to it, although lets be real she's really not the greatestI also respect the fact that Tanya's been able to be pretty independent since breaking up with Jim, her personality can be very annoying but she's always seemed a lot more independent and mature than Zoe.
As for Niomi i like that she at least promotes a healthy lifestyle that includes eating healthy, working out, self-improvement, etc. as opposed to Zoe just posting videos of her watching movies, eating junk food, and going to Homesense. I actually feel motivated after watching Niomi's videos to try and incorporate better habits in my life, even though I definitely don't have the time or money to do all of those things. Say what you will about her being out of touch, which I do think she is, but I'd much rather watch some positive lifestyle vids than Zoe acting like a child for an hour.
also side note- in some of her recent vlogmas videos she was talking about how much she lovvvess baking. i mean she makes like 3 things a year and they're usually for a post/content. it makes me mad that she has basically a baking supply store in her pantry and makes it out to be such a big personality trait when she barely does anything with it. and don't get me started on tanya's baking book....*sigh*

She can call herself a YouTuber without actually uploading content.
She can smile like The Grinch.
She can bake a cake following a recipe from a gifted box from GBBO.
She can decorate a gazebo for her pals to sit in during a global pandemic.
She can get coldsores in the exact same place every few weeks.
She can look like she has a nappy on in loungewear.
She can flog anything, even a 50 quid advent calendar full of tat worth no more than a fiver and an eyeshadow palette that no longer sees the light of day.
She can make her tits look like actual torpedo melon chebs.

Been reading for a while but had to join to comment after the lost vlog- I cannot bear Alfie any longer. I actually felt so sorry for Zoe in the car section of that vlog.
During the time they were in the car, he continuously spoke over her (every damn time), spoke about breaking up with her, was petty about paying for Nala, burped and said he felt sick after Zoe said something nice to him, purposely eyed up another girl. Honestly, he's a fuckwit and full of red flags (IMO). I agree with you guys, I think Zoe absolutely adores him (goodness knows why) and he is with her for pure convenience.
There's a part of me that hopes that Alfie is just a prick when he knows he's being filmed on Zoe's vlog and is actually kinder to her off camera so people don't see him being overly nice or affectionate. However I suspect he's a prick to her 24/7. Does anyone else think he might have two sides to the way he treats her?

Is poppy getting on anyone else's nerves or would that just be me? Posts photos before either zoe or Alfie and their newborn and when they do she comments that? I know it's probably supposed to be funny but its not the place and not very respectful I wish someone would have a word, she's obsessed!

Petty, I know, but it bugged me in her 2019 recap instastories where she said "I took my family to see Joe on stage in The Waitress" (my paraphrasing), rather than "the family all went to see Joe on stage in The Waitress". She's made the experience less about seeing her brother's accomplishment, and more about the perception that Zoe is this benevolent individual treating others to a night at the theater -- a.k.a. she's made it all about herself, as per usual.

She can’t properly appeal to an adult target audience because she has nothing to offer them, and she wouldn’t be able to manipulate them as easily as she can the tween market.
What could she possibly offer to me, a woman the same age as her, in terms of content? She hasn’t ever worked a professional role, she doesn’t have any knowledge of finances and budgeting, she doesn’t know anything about interior decorating for the average-sized home on an average-sized budget, she doesn’t appear to have a proper adult relationship, she doesn’t watch any interesting films or read any interesting literature.
What could an adult female audience possibly gain by watching her?

I love dogs but genuinely, Nala is the prime example of how so many dog breeders are nasty. The dog can't breathe without sounding like fucking Darth Vader, she has the anal glands of a 15 year old dog, not a dog half that age, and from what Zoe shows, Nala is truly the stupidest dog I've seen. Poor thing.
But Princess Peahead doesn't care that her dog can't contain her own shit or breathe properly because ShE's So CuTeEeEeEe!!!
Ok, sorry for the rant. I just really love dogs and seeing poor Nala hurts.
