Trisha has an eating disorder. And the sad reality is that if it was an eating disorder that her body was thin, this would be more socially acceptable and even welcomed and applauded.
I don't think she has sold weightless for a long time. She has sold choosing healthy habits for her mind and acceptance of what makes her feel good, selling resets in a way perhaps?
I'm so happy for her she spoke up. It really highlights that commenting on anyone's body is off limits. No-one has to dress to someone else's sensitivities.
The disgusting diet culture in this country is all encompassing and is unfortunately steeped into every single one of us, including Trisha.

The father is farming all his life. Cows calve on their own all the time. It doesn't sound like that cow was in difficulty. She's full of shit. It's all smoke and mirrors with the Lewis clan
Leaving your pregnant daughter early to get home to a pregnant cow is pretty sad if its true.

I've said it before I'll say it again she has a mood disorder.....the lows,I'd imagine are bad and she goes into a dark spot in her mind but we never see these...the highs then she is confident to the point of being arrogant and on top of the world fantastic...

Imagine a rural neighbour walking or driving past the house and seeing the local farmers 34 year old daughter twirling around in a floral dress..wouldnt you just think the parents were drawing carers allowance for her and she was for the birds...
I'd say the older generation in the village probably think their children are taking the piss out of them when they say Trisha Lewis up the road is famous on Instagram for weight loss....

Turning off an addiction overnight, paying huge debts during pandemic, no rehab. Obviously this gambling story was made up to make her online presence relevant, to tip toe away quietly from weight loss. Her next RTE appearance should be on Crimecall. Ireland’s most wanted charleton and con-artist last spotted twirling in a blue dress.

I don’t always agree with James Smith but he’s on the money on this one…
To me, "an 'influencer' is someone who attempts to gain clout, attention seeks and portrays a fake reality of who they are in a bid to gain popularity to manipulate their following to become consumers of whatever they're promoting for financial gain."

Recap for anyone living in the dark on this ...

Feb 2018 - started weight loss journey
Feb 2019- lost 100 pounds , shouted a LOT
March 2019-Jan 2021, did not lost a further pound, put back on 70 of the original 100 lost (admitted by herself ).
Sold a book based on her transformation, continues to shout at everyone to just walk, eat healthy, beat the bulge etc and finally admits, in Jan 2021, 23 months after the initial weight loss, that she did not lose any weight in 2020 and in fact ate her way through it. Yet she continues to accept money for paid corporate wellness talks (who takes wellness talks from a secret eating obese fraud?) , sells her book despite not even following her own food plan, has sold her soul to meaghers pharmacy. Continued to accept money for advertising fiit classes, protein shakes and exercise gear in 2020 despite now admitting all she did was eat her way through it. Got too big (literally and metaphorically) for her boots and left her cheffing job. Food presentation is questionable anyway.

Jan 2021- came out in paper that Trisha has another book due in May, the 21 day reset. Coming from the one who hasn’t been able to stick to a reset in 23 months and has only now admitted this but continues to try and make money from it.
Has said nothing about the book as she is an absolute laughing stock on Instagram pretending to be into her reset . Sending mixed messages, collecting a Chinese ‘ for her sister’ but then a passive aggressive talk on food shame, ‘garlic chips for her mother’ but the next week they were for Trisha, came on to confess she had a twirl and then made a comparison to having a car full of wrappers and eating in secret.. is this the woman you want to buy a book from on a 21 day reset?

big fat con

I’ll say this much, I’m glad she is away from the nieces and nephews for Christmas. As nice as it is to have an auntie or uncle involved in your kids lives there are times it borders on uncomfortable with Trisha. She uses her nieces and nephews as surrogate children as she’s unmarried and childless. I should know, I have a sibling similar to her in that they don’t have their own children and the overbearing love and desire to create memories with my children because you don’t have your own is just too much at times. There can be a lot of competition for the kids attention and this need to be loved so much by them.
I think this is very harsh and a bit mean and think you should look at it from Trishas side.

Trisha (same as your sister) obviously adores her nieces and nephews and that love can never be too much. The only thing about Trishas nieces and nephews that I don't like is how Trisha is swearing at them and saying they are bold and santa won't come to them and I don't think they need to be on her public social media.

You should be grateful to have a sister who gives your kids attention and wants to create memories.

Some people aren't lucky enough to have kids (if they want). I don't get what you mean by the "need to be loved" at all. Just because Trisha (and your sister) showers the kids with love it doesn't mean they have a need for it back. I have 2 sisters with kids and they are so happy and grateful that I adore their kids and would never say such a bitchy thing which essentially sounds like your sister loves your kids too much. Like really.... To be honest, you sound a bit jealous about your sisters clearly good relationship with your kids, harsh but be a bit more kind to your sister who simply loving your kids unconditionally . I'd love to know others thoughts on this.

Must drop down there....not paying any money though
Sure I may be around myself...

So we are going to have dozens of legit fit girls in their LuLuLemons, absolutely wedged into their beautiful arses, air force ones, or else birks, as well as massively oversized tops that they will tie around their trim toned waists, with dewy plump skin and soft wavy beach curls, natural tans, light if any make up, bright eyes and freckles. Living the life, eating the life, and looking like it, all thronged around with their healthy high protein smoothies. #HikeLife

And then there will be this creature from the deep in a viscose mix FROCK made in China, sold in Fermoy and highly flammable. A good "sohlid" pair of Clarks or Echo finest kitten wedge heels with her little crab pincer toes out the side of them. Absolutely pasted with tan and make up and of course bronzer. Eyebrows that could take flight, and thrown down with the legs crossed at the ankles and thighs spread, but the viscose will keep her honest.

And she be absolutely salivating from her well gapped mouth taking in all the Marina market talent that will be around. Being inappropriate with the hooping and the hollaring trying to teach an audience who have already managed to cook a chicken breast...how to cook a chicken breast...but this time you add BALZAMIC and CHEWMERIC and an airfryer.

Ah fuck off.

Do her followers not have Google on their phone, the questions are just stupid.

They must all have a very sheltered existence. I know she just does the Q&As to increase interaction but it doesn't seem worth it having to answer the crap she is sent.
Remember she's the one who's choosing what to answer. There's likely a lot of genuine questions in that box that she's skipped over because she can't answer them truthfully so it's just easier to entertain Trisha's Thickos with non answers to questions such as "was there turbulence" and I'm sure there'll be some more gems like "can you fly direct from Knock to Sydney and how much will tickets be, do I need to bring my own chair for the airplane?"

Can you imagine Oul John Joe the farmer on his way back to pull a few lambs having a conversation over the Sunday dinner…’I’m telling you Mary, I saw the big Lewis one sitting in a cattle trough outside the house!I don’t know who will mind her when the Lewises pass..’

I havent watched the LLS and don't plan to either as I have seen enough quotes from it. When the story initially came out about the gambling I did believe and sympathise with her. But after what I've heard about on the LLS, how she paid off that much debt, how it was only one casino that was an issue? That she wasn't tempted by the online slots game etc and that she stopped cold turkey. No therapy, no support group, no sponsor, no rehab and that she has absolutely no temptation since? Then I am calling absolute bullshit.

I am (thankfully) in recovery from a different type of addiction and it is hard work and if you are truly addicted you simply can't and shouldn't do it by yourself (let's be honest her real addiction here is food which stopping the casino has worsened). Most active gambling addicts watching that would have felt absolutely hopeless thinking she can pay off €85k in a year and a bit just cos she decided to reset or whatever shite she spouts while they have prob passed all or some of their "not yets" (the stealing money, missing payments, not paying mortgage) and still the compulsion is still there on a daily basis, when in reality all trisha was was ashamed about her weight and lonely and the casino was the only place that would have her. Not an actual addiction.

Sorry just needed to get that off my chest. I am at the stage that I am considering complaining about the LLS slot to the broadcasting authority (whatever the irish ofcom is) as imo it was misinformative and potentially dangerous to the public. Compare her interview with the likes of what oisin mcconville and richie power have talked about gambling and is night and day.

She shouldn't be allowed to make up serious addictions just to monetise off the back of them

Best advice I ever got re food was the following - forgive me if I have mentioned before:
"See everybody already has a diet, people always forgot the word diet also refers to what they eat anyhow, as well as restrictions.
So unless you are completely unhinged and in need of medical intervention or a clinical setting, you take the diet you have now which are clearly the foods you enjoy, and reduce everything by a few bites each week. So at the start keep your Big Mac in but maybe drop the McFlurry, maybe size down your dominos order, maybe one scoop less of the pasta bake you make from home, one less slice of toast, up your fruit and veg on anything you make from home and maybe reduce anything heavily processed and remove nothing, and you will see a difference. You will not have deprived yourself.
As time goes on you may elect to tidy it up as you learn more about nutrition, you may want to up the protein, tidy up the junk food a bit more, start replacing certain meals as you get better in the kitchen. But honestly, just start by taking less bites of what you already eat. Changes to diets for average people holding down jobs and lives etc should not be a complete 180 on the food we already eat, they must be sustainable - where is the fun in dropping all your favourites? And then just chip away as you learn more about yourself, food, and how your body responds"

That is the thing with Trisha, it is either Snackboxes or weighing rice, there is zero in-between. And for a chef and a wan who lost all the weight she knows fuck all about food/macros/energy input and output. It is frightening. She is not academically or mathematically the most astute person anyhow, nor does she need to be, there are all different types of intelligence - but she really does not get the science behind weightloss. She makes it more complicated than it needs to be.

At my fittest and leanest I ate a massive takeaway pizza and had two bottles of wine every weekend. #GloryDays
