It’s the fact that she bypasses all of the nice clothes in the shops and buys the most hideous ugly looking garments that look like something from the 1800s. Rosie has herself preened and perfected every day even stuck indoors and Remi is always dressed in beige and boring clothes which look like they’re made from cloth. She is into baby dolls so I’m sure she would like a splash of pink now and again. I hate all of this “I thought we had surpassed blue is for boys and pink is for girls” nonsense, little girls DO love wearing pink. I doubt it’s Remi picking out the communist Russia looking attire. Walk into any Next and you’ll see beautiful little girls clothes, they don’t have to have Peppa or Paw Patrol splashed all over them but they look miles better, cleaner and fresher than what looks like big Paul’s hand me downs from the 70s. She is a lovely little girl but Rosie wants her to match an edgy Instagram aesthetic and prioritises that over letting her little girl look like a little girl. I will never forget how easily she sat back and bare face lied about designing her sunglasses. That whole saga was the true measure of who she is as a person. Stupid idiots I swear

Before I say this I do not want to come across as someone who is dismissive when it comes to mental health. I suffer with it myself and it can be debilitating. However, I do not understand why she needs to tell us all that she’s decided to ‘take the day off to look after herself’.
I love my job and have a massive amount of respect for my employers, and I know if I was to ever to be absent from work for that reason, they would be understanding, to a point. But I have a responsibility to do my job, because otherwise, I do not get paid and/or I would be replaced.
There have been mornings, including this morning, where I have felt completely paralysed, all because of severe anxiety.
I do not have the luxury to ‘take the day off to look after myself’. I have to get up and show up.
I am in no way saying one shouldn’t do what Rosie did today, if it is needed. I am all for it! And I do not believe it is healthy to not take care of your mental health and to not treat it like a priority.
But I don’t understand why Rosie broadcasts it to 300k+ followers who are (or Atleast majority of) are working their asses off, 5 if not 7 days a week, 12 hours days, trying to juggle their work life, personal life, mental health and well being along with all else life throws at them.
Sorry for the rant, it just pissed me off. Maybe I’m jealous she has the luxury of making decisions like the one she did today, and I don’t but, in saying that, I don’t think I’d be wishing to have her life any time soon.
