Hi guys, sorry I’m not at all caught up
I’m the thread. It’s been a crazy few hours, but baby boy TreeTrunks was born by Caesarean section under general anaesthetic at 7:30pm on 27/8, 12 weeks and 2 days early weighing just under 2lbs. He’s in NICU and doing well. A little jaundiced but otherwise good. He’s on tubes to eat and breathe but that me all normal for his gestation. So I’m trying to keep positive. I got to see him for the first time this morning when they wheeled my bed to NICU. He is tiny but absolutely perfect he got here safely so that’s one of the biggest hurdles down. I’m ok just recovering from the section, and lost a fair bit of blood apparently, also all the morphine just making me feel like a space cadet.

I’m hoping by later today I’ll be able to walk up and see him on my own. Xx

Fucks sake. I’m in hospital being induced right now 2 weeks early as baby is growing big (growth scans saying 10lbs as I have a really tall husband). I actually have a similar chunky/curvy build to Lauren and I’m a size 14 (minus the fake ass) but my bump is half the size of hers, looks tiny and I don’t have a single stretch mark or even an hernia like hers. I also don’t have GD. I kept fit and active the whole way though my pregnancy and haven’t eaten shit every single day whilst lying on the sofa moaning,

My husband has put Bryan Adams on the birthing playlist and I’ve had to yell at him to take it off

Hi everyone! My baby girl arrived at 4:40am, everything went smoothly! Definitely quicker the second time around. She weighs 7lb 2 so not as small as I was expecting she had 35ml of milk at 6am and has been fast asleep since, I keep hoping she wakes up so I can give her lots of cuddles and kisses, but will just stare at her in the meantime good luck to all the ladies due to give birth soon I know there were a few of us due around the same time I’ll keep watching the threads as I love hearing how everyone gets on after chatting about our pregnancies for so long

Hi everyone. I had my little bundle of joy at 6.56 am today, which is also my bday. Induction went very quickly which surprised the midwife,as she thought I'd need a few gels. Definitely was intense. I had a little girl which was a big surprise as I was convinced she was a boy.

I mean, my view of Lauren hasn’t changed. I definitely think she is is a perplexing monolithic state of a woman who is mentally unhinged (and not even a fun kind of mental) but the whole baby thing is fucking horrific. Don’t know- feel just weird that I’ve been involved in it and don’t want people to view it like we’ve been taking the piss (when obvs we didn’t know that this tragedy would occur)

This is exactly how I feel. I don’t for a second think this thread has contributed to it, but if she does read here, imagine how she’ll feel about how ‘we’ might react, how sick she’ll feel thinking she might be about to read a load of people making jokes about the worst news of her life. I wouldn’t want that for anybody. I don’t post often but I do sort of hope this thread goes quiet for a little while.

Maybe people complained about them. I submitted a complaint to DM. I said “I don’t want to see a washed up has beens naked form and her partially covered shaved fupa on the showbiz section, or any other section of this paper. There is no need and it’s down right disgusting to keep flouting this atrocious woman in vile underwear ( or now lack there of!) on this paper on a repeated basis. The standards of this paper have been questionable but now find with your infatuation with this poor excuse of a mother, you’re turning into a rag that I wouldn’t even use to bed out my rabbit hutch. Listen to what thousands are screaming, enough of Lauren Goodger and her herniated belly button, and please, for the love of god, no more partially nude photos of this woman. They are not needed, nor wanted, and are repulsive and disgusting”

Its heartbreaking for them, may they have the strength to get through the next few weeks

Charlie’s post is lovely. I do feel for them. I know she has been the subject of a lot of (deserved) stick on here, but I hate that this has happened to them both.
