How can he sit there and lie! One mistake in 41 years!
One mistake is a kiss .. and text.. and date..

Pedalo Phil you spoke and messages this lad on line for some time while he was under 16!!

You then got him a job
And then accidentally fell into his arse as soon as he was legal.

You make us all vomit into our mouths a little

Actually suicidal people simply end their own lives or make very serious attempts rather than giving interviews. So. There’s that.

Phillip Schofield #27 A crash of drums, a flash of light. It's time that Schofe was out of sight.

Well if you really want to be that pedantic (and even the above in relation to Schofield is disputed) it is not illegal to be a paedophile, it is only illegal to commit paedophilic acts of underage sex with minors
I have worked with pedalos sex offenders for a number of years unfortunately fell into it long story. There is such thing as good pedalos , they avoid all contact with children, they go out term time in the day for example. Even media they won't watch things with children in because it's a trigger. They do their best to avoid it and they don't act on their urges , they get counselling. I unfortunately meet the ones who do offend but yes the good pedalos avoid anything child related.
Philth did none of this he was talking to underage boys on social media and doing youth theatre, getting one a job so he could have sex with them. He was seeking out very young looking boys then discarding once they got too old. His actions fit a sex offender. The behaviours often escalate so a 16 year old might satisfy the urge at one point but then they crave younger next time.

He does not fit the criteria of a good pedalo.
I'm so sorry to go into all of this tattlers but this is what pedalos think and do.

I was ‘educated’ in a very practical way from age 8. I can honestly say it traumatised me and has affected every affectionate relationship I’ve had since. Self discovery is one thing. Grooming of children CHILDREN! By adults who seek only to satisfy their pretty warped desires is quite another. Anyone who can’t see that is sick.

I don’t think a lot of people appreciate the damage this kind of grooming and abuse can do. Not just to the victim but to their wider family. It’s devastating and everyone finds themselves wondering how the hell they didn’t notice what was going on.
My husband was groomed by a friend of his family when he was 14/15. His dad had just divorced his mum so was working all hours to make sure they had money to live. This man was a neighbour and used that as a reason to worm his way in. He’d help out in the house etc.
My husband said it started off as this cool older man who he’d hang out with as his brother had just gone to uni so he was alone a lot after school. He then started to do things like “accidentally” stroking my husbands leg when watching films, putting his arms around him when sat next to him and then progressed to more.
My husband said he didn’t have a clue what was going on until it went too far. He suppressed the memories until 10 years later when he met me, it all came back a year after we were together and he thought he was gay. Spent years in therapy to help him cope and to realise he had been groomed. He got better but it came back when we had our daughter 6 years ago as he was (and still is) terrified of her being groomed like he was. He never reported the man (I understand it’s his decision but I find it so hard to understand, especially seen as this man now has a wife and kids) but said he may one day. He has only just told his family about what happened last year, it’s taken that long for him to “recover” and accept what happened.
I hope him and his filthy brother Rot for what they do. They ruin lives and the people’s future.

Ruth and Eamonn deserve a public apology from ITV. Didn’t Ruth report PS relationship with the runner because she knew it was inappropriate and ITV subsequently got rid of her and Eamonn?

Just joined and have a different view to many others.

Firstly, there is no proof as yet that anything untoward took place.

I agree that the stuff with MM is very strange with all the online stuff disappearing.

If their is a story and it is all proved that he was a mentor to the lad from the age of 10, and at some point a relationship started with a child, well he should then not only lose his job but be subject to a prison sentence.

I am not saying an old man playing around with 16 year olds is right, but it is not illegal even if it is in my opinion still wrong.

My biggest gripe is why a lot of gay men who achieve celebrity status are total dicks, George Michael - sex in toilets, Elton John - gang bangs, Kevin Spacey - accused of sexual assaults and some with a 14 year old, Michael Barrymore - sex parties, drugs and a dead body, Derek Mackay - grooming a 16 year old.

As a gay man I just feel so let down by those with celebrity status. I am married to my husband and have been with him for half my life, 20 years. We lead a life no different to hetrosexual couples. I am the toy boy by 3 years at 41.

It would be nice to be represented by people with influence in a normal way, instead the L,G,B,T,Q community just seem like sexual deviant.

It is very sad, I marched to have equality and lower the age of consent to 16yrs, but not for dirty old men to prey upon them.

I realised I was gay at 14 and burst out the closet, at 16 I was not able to enter into a sexual relationship, where as a heterosexual could.

I know of men who had no choice but to act in a way we would now look down upon, because being gay was illegal. Seedy clubs, sex in parks and public toilets was everywhere as no clean and decent way existed.

I feel that mostly we have equality in law, but are still perceived by some as second class citizens and the reason for this is people like I have listed above.

I can say Phillip done the wrong thing getting married, that is if he knew he was gay. everyone copes with their sexuality differently and maybe being a celebrity back then made it difficult for him, but it is no excuse to do what he did to his wife.

My hope is that MM doesn't have anything to do with him coming out.

Do I like him, I can watch him on TV from time to time (shift worker) and he doesn't bother me. I like him as a presenter I suppose, I grew up with him fisting gordon after all.

Let's all just hope and pray that this doesn't unravel into a saville type scenario. And also that his wife heals and finds someone who will be respectful to her.

Let's all wait for proof before we tie the noose! If he did marry knowing he was gay then he is no more that a deceitful twat, if he didn't know and he didn't have a relationship with MM underage, then he is just another poof on the telly.
