Have you actually read anything written in the 2 threads about her? Because I suggest you do....

A friend of mine also has EDS. It took her years to get the correct diagnosis. She has a lot of the markers for it, stretch marks even as a child, bruising and swelling that takes ages to heal. Her life has been fraught with pain that she had absolutely no control over. Why, if you'd lived this incredibly difficult life with this disease, would you feel the need to invent 789 other illnesses and maladies? This woman is absolutely unhinged, and she's making a mockery of genuine sufferers.

And once again Tracie M has uncovered her lying about playing piano because only a few years ago she tweets about having had her first piano lesson etc.

She's going to make the mistake one day of lying about something so terrible that can be proved wrong and the tide will turn and I cannot wait for it.

She tweeted it. It’s probably deleted by now but I remember it reported at the time. I copied it from another forum but I guess if you google both of their names together the stories should still come up.

Before adding: "None the less I shall remove comment. I would never disrespect mental illness, I was purely speculating about her hormones."

I wonder how she feels now about people ‘purely speculating’ about her?

The Be Kind thing gets me. She doesn’t care about being kind when she uses ‘Karen’ as a slur. It’s just childish bullying. Stereotyping women of a certain age. It’s ageist and completely sexist. You would think she’d recognise that being the feminist that she is. All she cares about is the trans community and to appear as woke as can be. If you’re a white 45 year woman she literally doesn’t give a f about you and will ridicule and make assumptions about you purely based on your race/age/gender. Such a kind feminist our Jam!

When would she have had the time to study music for 6 years, when she was teaching English/being (or not being) a model, in hospital with a million ailments, paralysed for a year, radio DJing etc. Would love to know what and where she studied. She’s such a try hard

Wow, this thread has said so many things I've been thinking for a while. The woke stuff is super annoying, but she's hardly the only one out there at the moment.

Sorry, I know this has been covered, but I just wanted to add my thing on the 'Cancer. Twice.' gubbins. I have had cervical cancer. I was super lucky and it was caught early and my treatment was surgical only. Firstly, though it left its emotional scars on me (being told you have cancer isn't restful), it did mean that there were no long term (visible) physical effects and recovery from the type of surgery I had was pretty swift. So, actually, it's not without the bounds of possibility that JJ could have had cervical cancer, very early stage, and been treated in a similar way. However, it was made abundantly clear to me throughout my treatment and follow ups that any recurrence would be treated very differently and much more aggressively. I'm nearly 10 years clear, but being retested at the moment (not right this second, that would be a weird time to write a long internet post), because my latest follow up has shown something a bit dodgy. It is not having cancer twice, and I wouldn't ever call it that, and I don't think anyone else in my situation would. If it is something, then it will likely be surgery, radio and poss chemo.

I simply don't believe JJ had a recurrence of cervical cancer within 3 years of the original diagnosis. Nor do I believe she would have kept quiet about the process as she doesn't seem able to keep quiet about anything else. I once had a boyfriend who told me he had had cancer, but there was never any evidence of this, or follow up hospital appointments and I subsequently discovered he had lied about it all, it was hugely devastating and I find people who lie about something like this pretty disturbing. I get the same feel from JJ, though I suspect previous posters are right and that she had pre-cancerous cells that may have required treatment, though that is absolutely not the same thing.

Sorry for length and seriousness. Thought actual experience of same type of cancer and its treatment might be useful.

Hi Jameela! You don't think you managed to swerve lying about having cancer? For most people that would have ended their career. You should feel lucky.

Definitely not the only one! That really irked me too. If they were such good mates, I doubt Caroline would’ve felt compelled to DM Piers about the hate she was getting. If it was a pal who was making you feel shit, you’d message *them* directly and talk it over - not go via Piers!

Confession time: I once bought a dress from Simply Be that was 'designed' by Jameela. It was absolutely beautiful to be fair (maxi star dress) but the fitting was absolutely atrocious so it had to go back, especially as I remember it being like £40 (with having a £20 voucher taken off it)

By atrocious I mean it was like two different sizes put together and 90% of the reviews remarked just how badly put together it was as the top half was tiny compared to the bottom half

I do on occasion look on ebay to see if the dress is ever listed at a reasonable price as I'm smaller than I was then and I'd like to own it if just for how pretty it was.

So Jameela has been on Woman's Hour, and during a discussion about abortion clinic buffer zones, she claimed that when she had an abortion, she had to be carried into the clinic, while a protestor pelted rosary beads at her.

Nothing can ever be simple for her, can it? She has to have the most dramatic experience ever, of everything.

This particular fairytale is based on total ignorance about the purpose of rosary beads. They're an aid to remember how to pray for the wearer, and would not be thrown at anyone. She seems to think that Catholics would use them like holy water, to exorcise away the desire to have an abortion.

In the same interview she was decrying cancel culture and how society should allow people a chance to grow and apologise.

Yet here she is, viciously slandering people who are different from herself, just to get attention. Her false claim that an unknown Catholic assaulted her is tantamount to inciting religious hatred against them. It is also unnecessarily stoking the polarization of the abortion debate by making false allegations about pro-life protestors.

None of this is conducive to calm and healthy discourse.

Mermaids is a charity for transgender children. They follow an affirmation only policy. Encourage parents to buy hormones online. The CEO took her son to Thailand on his 16th birthday for sex reassignment surgery. There is a wealth only info online about them. Vapid Celebs like JJ and Emma Watson have donated to them and encouraged others to do so. Mermaids is living on borrowed time. I hope they get sued to high heaven for untold damage they have done

In regards to the CF thing if she just came out and said “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to cause a ton of hate to be directed at her and I’m sorry my actions caused this” everyone would have more respect for her. She wasn’t to know what would happen and hindsight is a wonderful thing. But it’s like she can’t admit that she might be on the wrong whether it was intentional or not!
