- teenage girls specially went round to her home to tell her they were going out and she wasn't invited

- multiple suicide attempts, usually when someone else is talking about suicide or her contradictions are being exposed, most recently blamed on Piers Morgan for exposing her bullying of Caroline Flack (even though J was threatening suicide before he did that)

- nearly dragged into a car by a man aged 15
- 'grabbed by the vagina' on Oxford Street in the middle of the day in her school uniform until she bled
- had her leg ejaculated on on three separate occasions as a teenager, all on tube escalators
- taught EFL (or variously English literature) despite not being qualified
- model but preferred to say she wasn't/was/wasn't
- came out as queer when are was criticised for judging a show about Ballroom culture, but steadfastly maintains a heterosexual relationship

I'm not sure your reading comprehension is great. What they are saying is that trans people are an incredibly safe demographic, and are more likely to murder, than to be murdered.
In the first sentence, which was about how many trans people have been murdered, there was no comment on why they were murdered, so I'm not sure how you can claim it is because of them 'being who they are' .

I don't know what makes you think Roman Polanski and Prince Andrew have been "cancelled"; neither of them have faced any real consequences, both still live in luxury and Polanski still has a career. Not sure where she's coming from with Weinstein, he's the exception to the general rule. Mel Gibson got nominated for a fucking Oscar within six years of being recorded saying the N-word, saying if someone was raped it would be her fault, and having a DV charges brought against him. Women lose their careers for far less.

Puberty blockers were used to treat precocious puberty, so puberty in girls under eight years old, the incidence rate for precocious puberty is one in 10,000. So if JJ knew loads of girls in her school on them she must have had half a million girls in her class. Why have we not heard about her overcrowded school until now? Lunch time must have been a pain with millions of kids all lining up for the dinner ladies. I'm loathe to post this because there's no way of knowing someone's private medical details, but her claim to have had cervical cancer twice seems really, really unlikely. I've got cervical cancer and know a depressing amount about it, and have had the big talk from my consultant about what treatment options will look like if it comes back after the current treatment. And if you've had cervical cancer twice in three years, that's recurrent cancer, which is a big frigging deal. Having it once is, as she has said, sadly too common - about 3000 cases a year in the UK. (Actually not that common - many more cases are caught through cervical screening at the pre-cancerous stage). And if it's caught early, and especially if you're young, it's possible to have it treated with just a bit of surgery. But if it comes back after a few years, as she claims hers has, it's a whole different thing. Given the amount of detail she's given about medical things in the past, I have my doubts that she's undergone a hysterectomy, radiotherapy or chemotherapy and not mentioned anything about it. It's a life changing diagnosis. Of course it's possible, and it feels horrid to suggest someone is lying without any proof. But there's SO much that she's exaggerated about, and recurrent cervical cancer is fairly rare and very serious. The prospect of her (or anyone!) lying about having cancer for attention just makes me so, so furious. My assumption, based on her well-documented history of bullshitting and exaggeration, is that she's maybe had CIN and had cells removed, and she's spinning that as 'having cancer' (they are very much not the same thing). Total speculation, I know, but knowing as much as I do about recurrent cervical cancer, it just doesn't add up.
I just wish that she's admit to being a bit of a bullshitter. Everyone embellishes stories when re-telling them, but hers just seem to have got out of control and she absolutely refuses to admit it (e.g. the bees thing).

I don’t randomly bring up trans issues on this thread, Jameela was prattling on on her insta stories the other day about the fact it’s not social contagion that more people are identifying as trans and that’s a ridiculous notion, it’s that they feel more comfortable doing so because of increased exposure in the media. I think that’s a load of shite so I said that on here. We can agree to disagree, I don’t actually care.
I think JJ is an idiot for not seeing the extremely high increase of numbers of young women identifying as trans men and non binary as a contagion, especially at a time in history where young women and girls are bombarded with false filtered images on social media of what they think women should look like. And the constant reports of women being murdered. Misogyny is at an all time high. I don’t blame teenage girls for wanting out of womanhood. The point is these are issues worth exploring. But instead JJ just says no, they say they’re trans then they are trans. It’s not helpful to the young women who follow her.
I'm really surprised by the Jameela hatred. Especially in light of what the Caroline hatred did to her. Everyone seems set on tearing Jameela apart. She's obviously had a tough time in life and genuinely seems to be trying to use her platform to give others a voice. And as she says herself, she's a work in progress when it comes to this, and she's learning as she goes. Her iweigh account has already led to changes like Instagram not allowing diet product ads to be seen by under 18s.
As for saying she didn't like the idea of Surjury...neither do I! And I'm a Flack fan! DOP did Instagram stories the other week of her live reactions watching Naked Attraction for the first time. Mermaids is a charity for transgender children. They follow an affirmation only policy. Encourage parents to buy hormones online. The CEO took her son to Thailand on his 16th birthday for sex reassignment surgery. There is a wealth only info online about them. Vapid Celebs like JJ and Emma Watson have donated to them and encouraged others to do so. Mermaids is living on borrowed time. I hope they get sued to high heaven for untold damage they have done

Mermaids encourage children to speak only to them and hide things from their parents. They also advise teachers to NOT tell their parents if the child has talked about being trans.
A court ordered Mermaids to stay away from one family who said they were being harassed by them and contacted non-stop trying to get in touch with their child.
They referred children to doctors who had their licenses stripped from them for bad practice and had to move to Spain so they could still operate from there.
A woman (biological) who worked for Mermaids took a trans woman to court...for transphobia. The judge threw the case out and told her it was ridiculous and a massive waste of his time and criticised the CPS for letting it get that far.
Mermaids have got their claws into everything from the NHS, to the police, to politics and to schools. If you have a child, check your schools website. It likely has a Mermaids affiliation on it.
There has been a 4000(!!)% increase of children identifying as trans. Largely thought to be down to Mermaids and the fact that they offer SAME DAY hormonal drugs to underage children. Many of these children are gay or autistic and encouraged to go down this route leaving their bodies ungrown and in some cases, infertile for the rest of their lives.
Early “transers” who were involved with Mermaids from children have already detransitioned as adults. Unfortunately, some of these adults no longer have breasts as they were removed or able to have children of their own because of all the hormones they have taken.
Recently, there was something involving a Law School getting their students to read about the outcome of a case involving Mermaids but Mermaids didn’t like it so heavily redacted it. So not only are they not a fan of biology, but are actively rewriting non-fictional history. It’s the equivalent of students looking at the Harvey Weinstein case but not before Harvey himself looked over the text and removed anything he didn’t like, despite being found guilty and losing the case.
