I deleted my last account and was trying to just keep up from afar but here we are.
Firstly, I wish every single influencer would research the dangers of posting your baby online, the babies full name etc - theres not only the really scary and obvious stuff which is soooo much more common than people seem to think thanks to the internet but also identity theft, virtual kidnapping etc. There is absolutely no reason why, even if she insists on exploiting her baby for content (ew) that she needs to show his face, plenty of celebrities and influencers manage to put emojis over their face or only vlog/picture when their back is turned. The sooner the UK brings in laws against using your baby for primary content the better.
Next, influencers making life with a newborn baby seem like it's all a slow motion, easy life - why? Just be honest? It doesn't make you a better parent to act like you have some kind of baby that is outside the norm. Also maybe this isn't common knowledge but does no single person explain to influencers especially that the first 2-3 weeks your baby is literally in an entirely new environment, they're exhausted from labour too and getting used to the bright lights so yes they sleep a lot, you can not base how your baby will be off those first few weeks??
Don't even get me started on being #gifted at this point in time when the news is literally reporting mums begging midwives to let them stay in hospital for longer because they're scared they can't buy food for themselves at home until payday. I feel like we need to all determine those brands and every single one of us send them a message them saying it's such bad taste and they should instead put that budget into donating to families in need for every X number of purchases.
I honestly feel like Gemma has been so detached from everyone around her that she thinks all this behaviour is normal, every single friend group I have has this debate even about our own normal-size-and-private social media accounts and kid privacy, she needs someone in her life to bring this stuff up and bring her back to earth and away from what other influencers are doing because sadly it's only going to take one to go the wrong way and then they'll all regret it and the damage will be done for their kids because the internet is permanent. Also just someone to say 'can't you see that it's bad taste to be getting free stuff right now with payment on top while so many people are in desperate need, why don't you only work with brands who will donate or why don't you donate'. Idk I just feel like she lives in her own world following what others do online and has lost a sense of reality of what's right and wrong.
I desperately want someone to sit her down and tell her that it's okay to just focus on motherhood and let it be what it is, don't sugarcoat it just be there for your baby and when you're ready then find the content you want to make online that does not revolve around your baby. It is your job, not your babies, if you can't make content without them then perhaps you've lost your passion for it and should leave it alone.

Yes, it can help but if your life has no meaning or purpose without them there's something wrong.
I've seen too many kids brought into this world already for various selfish reasons, to save a relationship, to fill a void, because the woman was bored or simply wanted the attention. Children can be a huge blessing, absolutely, but they are not a means to an end, or meant to fix something that's inherently wrong with someone's life.
Not bitching here but does anyone actually genuinely know why Sophie is never any vlogs anymore, its really sad feel like shes been dropped like a sack of spuds 
i know Gemma said just cause any of her friends aren’t in any of her vlogs as much doesn’t mean they aren’t friends they might not want to be in them, which is also true but it does just feel like shes been dropped for Jamie of thats the case some friend!! Gemma has done a Q&A a few times and every Q&A i ask what’s happened to Gemma she ignores it. I miss the old Gemma, shes changed so much. Shes grown as a person and flourished but feel like her content isn’t that great anymore. Sorry Gemma if you read this. I watched her from day dot and shes changed so much. BRING SOPHIE BACK!! should NEVER ditch your friends for a lad cause its the friends who are their to pick up the pieces. Very sad!!

I've just been reading the Asher thread as Charley is with her now, someone was saying how he was cheating on Gemma when they were together.. Thing is I know of 2 people she was cheating on Charley with AT THE SAME TIME! She only went back to him after the break to save up money to be able to move out to the cottage and leave him, it sounds so toxic and a lot of cheating on both sides.. I'm also sure someone said when her and Jamie broke up the first time she was seeing both of them at the same time too?
She still speaks to one of these guys as she mentioned him in the Christmas vlog last year.. LOL if only Jamie knew!
But yeah she is not as innocent as she makes out she is!

Definitely. I think looking at Gemma’s life as it is now looks totally devoid of any substance. They have a lot of money (or so it seems) from doing very little. These are my opinions obviously. She tries to portray a perfect life. But the house is empty and cold, so bland there’s nothing homely about it to me. She said when they bought it she couldn’t imagine having kids there as it wasn’t big enough but then tried to label it their “dream house”. No plants or life in the garden really. Now Jamie’s “office” takes up loads of it. Seeing as she doesn’t like to leave it she could have really made an effort with it, gardening is good for anxiety too. There’s a lot of road noise both sides & straight onto a busy road from the front so not ideal when you have a child. She has a lovely car she got brand new, a dream for most but then she very rarely even drives anywhere. They don’t travel anywhere. Or do anything exciting & this started way before the baby. Jamie doesn’t come across particularly well. He never seems to do anything sweet for her. The proposal was in the house AGAIN & Jamie sort of stared down the camera the whole time. Gender reveal… in the house. Her Christmas & autumn decor (that she supposedly waits all year for) was terrible and looked like no effort was made at all. I really liked how she used to do over the top trees. This year I’m sure autumn content will consist entirely of “Noey” dressed as a pumpkin in different beige rooms of the house. She used to have a nice way of styling outfits & I really liked how she did her make up but it’s not who she seems to be now. So to me it looks anything but the perfect life

She does realise that women continue working pretty much up until they give birth and they have no choice but to decorate and organise the nursery and things for their baby’s arrival on evenings and weekends. Don’t think it would go down well if a woman said to her boss “sorry but I’m going to have to start slowing down now at 5/6 months pregnant so I can decorate the nursery and spend all day arranging a book case and hanging up baby clothes. Thanks for understanding”.

Nothing screams “I don’t have a real job & have nothing to do” than starting to put an Easter box (since when has this even been a thing?) together for your child in January & basically having it completed before Valentine’s Day

Something sad about a child thinking they are spending time doing an activity that their mum genuinely wants to do with them…not realising mum has set up a camera and done her hair & make up specifically to show it to strangers online.
