Absolutely rampant. I know a girl who married a guard years ago. Found out less than a year in that he'd been having an affair with a girl he worked with. Not only that but it had been going on for at least a year before the wedding, and the brazen bitch actually came to the afters with the rest of the station!! Pair of psychopaths having their little laugh behind the back of a clueless bride. They deserved each other.
