Just seen this pop up on Facebook. Wonder who the female celeb is? Assuming we’ll find out come 1st Sept and who has a 40th oh and her husband has same birthday.

If anyone can afford stuff it’s celebs. Such a sense of entitlement expecting to get shit for free.

Michael Bolton has brain cancer 😔
He has had surgery which was successful thankfully.

Regarding Derek Draper- i worked for a service who supported unpaid carers and I don't blame Kate for discussing Derek's needs as he did consent. Talking about the amount of times bed sheets need changing highlights the work carers need to do. It's not just changing them it's the washing, drying and also keeping the person clean. This alone takes time and money. Unpaid carers save the government millions of pounds a year and they go unrecognised. I've lost count of the amount of distressed calls I've had from carers who can not cope with their caring role so good on Kate for speaking out and raising awareness.

I (76), was out for a walk with my dog, three children and 5 grandchildren and lo and behold, Greg was walking the other way with his then partner.

Quick chit chat, then we slipped off behind a tree and had the most mind blowing quickie. Came back and nobody had noticed and Greg gave my dog a biscuit. Happy memories…

Not sure this constitutes 'secret' or 'gossip' tbh but thought it interesting - there was a Dispatches programme last night (I think) discussing how much celebrities charge to attend charity events all the while pretending the charity is incredibly close to their hearts (Sting allegedly wanted to charge £1m to open a hospital wing in Newcastle). Apparently Judge Robbie Rinder has been talking about this for years saying how disgraceful it is. He will not take a penny for charity events, not even a taxi fare as he says is it a total honour and privilege to use his position to do good. He will happily go to a hospice at lunch and attend a pony club dinner in the evening for e.g.

Pat Butcher.....

A family friend is a shy lady with a lot of health issues. She managed a couple of hours out with some family (her first in over 2 years) and wanted to buy Pam St Clement's new Bio book. While picking up her book, to her amazement, she spotted a lady who looked just like Pat Butcher over the shelves and they locked eyes  :ROFLMAO: the lady smiled, waved and chuckled as she walked away.

A few moments later, they realised it was the lady herself and she was doing a book signing that day. So they paid for their book and joined the que to have it signed.

My friend is not someone who is ok with cameras or pics, she's so uncomfortable there are very few pics of her, but as they got to the table, Pam asked if they would like a pic, when she hesitated, Pam took the time to talk to her, despite a huge line of people waiting and coaxed her in an incredibly kind way to have the pic taken, which more than made her day.

:giggle::)

Sorry if this is inappropriate but should you ever get stuck in the car in water, do not try and open the door or smash any front windows. Get the head rest pole and smash the back window. Cars sink nose first and back windows are designed to be smashable. Rip to his folks 🕊

Some old rock goss.

Joe Elliot from Def Leppard years ago said this was his favourite trick to play on groupies back in the day: He would take a groupie into his hotel room and start making out with her while she was leaning out of the window, then mid shag and without the girl knowing, he'd switch places with a roadie, then Joe would leave the building, walk past the window and wave to the girl who thought she was still doing it with him!

Deep Purple had the most insane stories without sex or drugs being involved - Ian Gillan did have sex with a groupie onstage under the piano during one of Ritchie Blackmore's guitar solos.

For example: the band were jumped by bikers after a show, and then flooring it out of there while chain-swinging bikers jumped on the hood of their car; Ian Gillan trying to break into Ritchie's house (while nude) and Ritchie setting the dogs on him.
So Joe Elliot was a participant in several rapes? And tells people that like it's a fun anecdote?

But there's no record of him going after under age boys. Were there any wildlife nearby, let's drag them into it, too. Plus swings - maybe Savile violated swings, too. And clouds, there's another one. They could have been in the picture. Raindrops, another possibility...
Actually, there are allegations on record, including this one -

But you know, of all the hills to choose to die on, defending the absolutely appalling, indiscriminate and prolific abuser Savile against anyone’s allegations strikes me as a pretty bloody odd one.

When I text my cousin earlier to wish him a happy birthday I remembered his encounter with Will-i-am from Black Eyed Peas. My cousin was travelling back from Oz having had an operation after losing his legs in Afghanistan whilst in the Army, due to this he got on the plane first, was in Business class and he was followed by Will-i-am, who got chatting to my cousin, long story short he donated £10k to Help for Heroes who had helped to pay for my cousins operation. I think Will-i-am had been on Australia voice or something similar.

I wish people would stop claiming different things were as bad as Savile. The man raped and molested thousands of people, including the most vulnerable in society, beat the shit out of people, including blinding someone in one eye, possibly shagged corpses, probably one of the worst people who ever lived, literally. It does the victims a disservice to sensationalise every scandal that comes along afterwards.

I was so shocked when I first learned that once cancer has spread from its primary location, it’s no longer curable. I had no idea that was the case until a few years ago.

Poor Sarah Harding. She’s so young and always seemed so much more vibrant and interesting than her bandmates. I really hope that her treatment allows her to live well with cancer for many more years to come. Fucking cancer.
My consultant told me this January 2019, that it was treatable but not curable and gave me a prognosis of two years. I did everything they asked; went for all my Chemotherapy sessions (but it depended on blood test results and how you feel. I once wasn't allowed to have it as I had a mouth ulcer). I went for all appointments.
Then in February, I went to appointment but this time I wasn't able to walk unless I had help. I had no idea what happened to me. Had to arrange transport and wheelchair to get me to hospital. Once at the clinic, the consultant immediately said she was admitting me.
To cut a long story short, I had a tumour growing in pelvis area which fractured a bone (which is eroding). Then told Chemotherapy was damaging my heart, tumours in lungs grew. I was in hospital for 3 weeks before being transferred to a care home for end of life care. I'm not for CPR as it could damage me more.
But apart from all this and needing my blinged up zimmer frame to help me get about and being here since lockdown, I feel pretty good. But that's morphine for you LOL!
Sorry for going off topic.
But in mornings, I swear, when I have my bacon sarnies and 2 pots of tea, I always read this forum. Proper cheers me up. Plus some people here really mingle with celebs and have some nice juicy gossip

I love you guys and thank you for your love your showing me. I keep positive. I have to, for my daughter and boyfriend. But thank you for the laughs

I can’t believe so many people are saying Gaga needs breast surgery! How grim that celebs can’t have imperfect bodies anymore. Did I think that dress was flattering? Nope. But I do think there’s something powerful about a woman displaying her imperfect cleavage and not giving a fuck about it.

First post here after reading all the gossip during lockdown. So thought I'd give back although I can only offer model gossip (I used to be in the industry). Trigger warning for eating disorder talk.

Never believe straight size models when they post huge meals on instagram or give interviews saying they eat a lot. Most models keep their weight down with very regimented/restrictive eating and/or cigarettes, coffee, drugs and clear soup. Eating disorders abound and most models are weighed and monitored by their agencies. A lot of models have lanugo which they shave off.

Plus size models are big users of and encouraged to seek strategic liposuction. If you see a plus size model with a super sculpted face then lipo and sometimes buccal fat removal are your answers. Chin and jaw implants are also not unheard of, neither is waist work. Agencies want the plus size curves without the plus size side-effects. Some do it in the hope of a contract, others are advised once they have a contract with an agency.

Most fashion/editorial images you see are altered even if they're being sold as candids or behind the scenes catwalk/fashion week snaps. They smooth out skin, remove dimples and stretchmarks from plus size and straight size models, hide pores and remove any signs of eating disorders and drug habits (dark circles, damaged teeth and nails, lanugo, etc.).

Model agencies have been known to push up or mark down their models heights to get them booked. Both too tall (over 6ft) or too short (under 5ft9) is considered unattractive in the industry unless they're a name or have been heavily invested in (some agencies scount their models and invest in them from the age of 12).

Gigi Hadid is very sweet but has a drug problem. Pressured by both her agency and her mother to drop weight. Can get very swollen from drug misuse and eating disorder. Shorter than her card height. Has a naturally round face and genetic jowliness and was pressured to have surgery to correct it, I'm not sure if she did. Her mother is a nightmare (loud, obnoxious, always around), pressured both daughters to get breast implants and lives vicariously through them - Gigi is her favorite and she doesn't hide it at all.

Bella Hadid is incredibly insecure and a bit dim. Her surgery looks amazing in photographs but bad in person. Her nose is one surgery or one bad night away from collapsing. She has really terrible personal hygiene. Gets drunk easily and becomes obnoxious when she does. Eating disorder and coke fiend. Shorter than her card height.

Natalia Vodianova: hyper focussed and always has her eyes on the prize. Quiet, very smart, kind to no-name models.

Alyona Osmanova went from straight size model to plus size model. Very insecure to start with and became even more insecure as a plus size model so went on an extreme diet to return to the straight size division: she went from being anorexic to having binge eating dosorder to being bulimic on the advice of her agency. It took its toll on her mentally and physically.

Crystal Renn, one of the original plus size stars of the 2000s, owes her transition to straight size model to drugs. Ruined her personality. Ruined her teeth. Had some surgery to deal with the effects of the switch.

Ashley Graham loves her cosmetic tweaks and liposculpting. Has had lipo on her jawline, chin, ankles, back and hips as well as facial filler and botox.

Gemma Ward was chewed up and spat out by the fashion industry. She was far to sensitive for it. Big name fashion editors (you know who...) shared a lot of unkind remarks about her when she turned her back on the industry and stopped being model weight.

Elle Evans is really very very dim. Lovely person, though. Endearing.

Emily Ratajkowski would attach herself to the biggest name or spender at a shoot or afterparty. Very short.

Adriana Lima is very business oriented. Fool for love, though. Also one of the few models that actually does eat, but she does do a lot of very punishing workouts to compensate. Starting to look a bit like Katie Price in the face, probably due to her preference for botox and "high energy" protein powders.

Kaia Gerber is constantly tired. Her parents pushed her into anorexia. Has a drug problem.

Grace Elizabeth is awful. Gorgeous but a terrible, terrible person. Very right wing, very full of herself, very much the meanest of the mean girls. Has money and very keen to let the impoverished no-names paying off their agency debt know it.

"The Brazilian Invasion" models: their agencies, in the era when the fashion industry fetishized racial ambiguity, would push a lot of their White Brazilian models as having some mixed race background, even if they didn't and would overstate the ethnic mix of most of their models (so a German-Italian Brazilian model would suddenly be marketed as having some Japanese and/or African heritage as well).

And, finally, following on from all the the David Walliams talk: Lara Stone hated his guts towards the end of their time together. She was completely swept away by him at the beginning as he was laser-focussed on getting her, but once together he became bored and cruel. His behaviour during their marriage pushed her back into alcoholism.

Thats it! Sorry for the novel. Back to lurking now....

Remember when Dominic West put on that Little Britain-esque display with his wife outside their home after he'd been seen canoodling with Lily James? I was just reading about after that when he went for a run and hid in the bushes when the paps tried to take a photo of him, and I can't stop laughing at these photos 😆

Is there anyone on here who isn't "gender critical"? Some of the things I read on here are horrible and really upsetting and make me want to give my trans friends a hug.

Whilst you're thinking about your trans friends, who I'm sure have genuine gender dysphoria, don't conflate them with the likes of Eddie Izzard who seems to believe that he can live as a woman simply by virtue of wearing a dress and lipstick. Spare a thought for us women who might have been the victims of rape and/or sexual assault, who are being forced to share female only spaces with men who, in some cases, are only wanting to gain entry into said spaces because they are sexual predators.

Google Karen White and Dylan Mulvaney.

Ask yourself why NHS literature refers to 'persons with a cervix' rather than women, but men do not face any such dehumanising.

Nobody is blaming transgender people for any of this, people are blaming the absurdity of the self-identity legislation and how this is endangering women for those chancers who get a kick out of hurting women. Of course there are genuine transsexuals but there are also predators.

Thanks.
