She showed the injuries to the duck a couple of weeks ago and still they did nothing to make the enclosure safer, her solution is to just replace the animals without a thought to their own incompetence

No…the tickets she had were fraudulent.

I think she originally bought the wrong tickets - she bought standing tickets from Ticketmaster but under 16s can’t go in that area. She then used a different website & that’s when she was sent the fraudulent tickets. She said she’s lost £300 - not sure if that’s just tickets or the hotel stay etc included.
Many of us know which sites to avoid. Unfortunately if you're not a regular buyer of gig tickets and don't Google for information first, then it's an easy mistake to make. Poor Vi.
