Rod Liddle is in the Spectator saying that the Cass Report won't change anything because there's too many snouts in the trough. He argues that the Sewell Report into racism, which says that it exists but it's nowhere near as prevalent as alleged and the, was soundly rejected despite being well evidenced because once again too many snouts in the trough.

Incidentally I do note that a lot of these anti racism campaigners seem to be uncritically importing American talking points on same which don't really apply here. I think a lot of TRA talking points emerge from the same septic tank that is American academia.
Would that be the Rod Liddle who said he could never be a teacher because he wouldn’t be able to resist bleeping his pupils and has a police caution for punching his pregnant girlfriend? That Rod Liddle?

Who cares if women die because of this? At least men won't be offended   😣
It's actually frightening, isn't it. Why is it that, at all costs, men dressed as women have to be accommodated, and their feelings trump everyone else's but especially those of actual WOMEN!

Agree with all this. Ireland, like Scotland, has a coalition government and the minority party is the Green Party - the tail seems to be wagging the dog. We will soon have a 'hate speech' law similar to the disaster in Scotland. The Irish health service has been sending mixed up children to the Tavistock and hasn't yet endorsed the Cass review.

This is Ireland's minister for children (left) - with the common denominator

Well, as of today the Greens have dropped from the coalition in Scotland, and Humza is very close to a vote of no confidence, hahah. The cult has also been challenged perfectly by JK Rowling on the insane hate speech law and hilariously had to back down because they KNOW if they take JK and her endless financial resources and level ten chutzpah to court they will not only be unable to wear her down financially and she WILL rubbish them in court, and peak a fair few more people doing so.

God, I bleeping love JK Rowling. More guts than 99% of politicians and the clear-headedness to call a thing what it is and be hated for it as much as loved.

We are living in the story The Emperor's New Clothes in the current era, when it comes to the trans agenda. The poster who said it won't end cos of snouts in troughs is also correct .... nothing infiltrated without financial backing and HUGE amounts of money have been poured into the TRA cause in the past 15 years, mostly by billionaires with giant investments in biotech and pharmaceuticals.

This is what makes me rage when ill-informed people on the right who also oppose TRAs like to claim the gender cult is all the fault of feminism. Hahha. I wish feminism - actual feminism, not porn-adjacent third wave shite or crap informed by the likes of Butler etc) had had the financial backing the TRAs have had. All the money comes from big business, capitalist vultures, and men. Many of whom are trans themselves, or alphabet-aligned in some way, but the real motivation is of course, getting richer than ever, as a customer who troons out at 50 may pay for cross-sex hormones, maybe a few operations etc for, but if you get a child on the pathway, you have a customer for many, many decades more. One of the goals seems to be uterus transplants, which boggles me given how you need a whole female body, brain included, not just a random uterus, to successfuly grow a baby to term. But they see it as simple mechanics, chop and lop. Of coruse who would donate a uterus? A dead woman, obviously. And at that point, I can tell you they know exactly who the women are and aren't. Same way as Owen Jones knows what a woman is when he wants one to make a baby for him and his boyfriend.

This is 'Jennifer' aka James Pritzker, btw, one the main donors to the trans cause, pumping money into it to help lobby and get lawa passed etc. Jennifer is of course a midlife troon, who is heterosexual and has a military background, pro-NRA, as right wing as they come, only switching allegiance from Republican to Democrat in 2020 with the advent of Trump's policies. he still donates to get what he wants. That's how this game works at this level. If trans causes didn't have this unholy level of financial backing, they'd be fringe dwellers to this very day.

Jennifer Pritzker - Wikipedia

Other names of note include David Stryker who is part of the Stryker medical appliance billlionaire family. Far a sI can see the only way the train will truly stop is when the money stops as the money is used to finagle and persuade and buy laws, essentially. How to get the money to stop is another question.

It's so interesting to me how so many people think the fault lines are entirely left - troon positive / right - troon negative still. It's a morass of politics at this moment. The real question is ... left or right, do you beloieve in the objective reality of biological sex, or do you believe you can fantasize your physical reality at the level of your DNA away? And do you believe everyone should be legally required to go along with men's fetishes and sexual fantasies in schools, hospitals, workplaces and in other public sphere?

Sadly I think he's right. There's too many institutions captured by this ideology and Stonewall and Mermaids are still out there influencing everyone. The tit won't hit the fan until all the detransitioners start lodging law suits.

The Cass report is going to change things!!
Even if you are being entirely cynical, It reduces massively the need or likelihood for the NHS to pay for puberty blockers for children, or for operations for gender reassignment etc....If this attitude is then transferred into adult services.... The NHS wont be paying or be expected to pay. People will still be able to access gender services, but it will be privately ....and need to be funded privately!

Im not sure exactly how this will transfer into the media.... but....it will have big financial implications!
(Im not trying to be unkind to anyone suffering any kind of mental stress or anguish....as I am sure the children needing these services need some kind of additional support....but....it wont be NHS funded, until or unless the medical reasons are appropriately proved! And as this seems to me to be virtually impossible....it wont be funded!)

I am also very confused about the idea of a female chaperone not being sexually female? I thought the law was drafted at a time to define a female chaperone as someone of the female sex? If I am nervous and want a female chaperone, for whatever reason, then I would hope to get a woman not a man dressed up as a woman!
Years and years ago, we had a doctor who had to retire, after suggestions he had inappropriately touched female patients, After this the surgery was full of posters asking if we wanted a chaperone, and encouraging us to ask for this. If they hadnt been women, I would have been concerned!
I wasnt one of the ones who complained, but he had to take a coil out of me, ( it may have stopped me getting pregnant, but it made me bleed twice as much as usual,) I was so relieved to have it taken out, ...but it was an uncomfortable and far too intimate a process.

I also wonder how this works for religious groups? Isnt there something about Muslim women, not being able to undress, in front of a man, making things like childbirth or intimate care issues tricky. Does the Muslim religion, recognise gender changes, so that a transwoman is seen as a woman in a religious sense?

Checking a few policies and many use same gender - basically have a relative act as a chaperone :( else I would be making sure the dr\medical staff are putting themselves at risk getting a sick in the head man being a chaperone

Sitting in a discussion on a project about the menopause and a woman has asked if the staff are going to include transwomen. Other women have agreed and are acting like it's really unreasonable for men to be excluded. Women's role in all of this just makes me wants to bash my head against the wall.
Why would transwomen be included? Men can’t and don’t go through the menopause.

I relented and did the trans awareness course at work today. Luckily it's not a presentation, so I clicked through all the pages and answered the questions at the end. I passed with flying colours... Whole thing took me 4 minutes 6 seconds. We're all experts on this thread :ROFLMAO:

Wonder if schools/colleges and also youth organisations will have to change their “inclusivity” policies to take into account the new schools guidance (which seems sensible for other youth organisations to follow) and also the cass report. Given how much the tide is turning particularly on single sex spaces surely it would be wise for them not to make themselves vulnerable to safeguarding concerns

Marvellous, he's happy, not a care in the world for people he's caring for though right.

This came up on my FB earlier.
First off, obviously only one person at a time is in there, and second, every outdoor gig/festival I went to last summer had separate areas for men and women, they even had pink portaloos.
