So it wasn’t Yasmin’s fault then. Wonder what his mum will say now. Can’t believe anyone doubted for a moment that he would’ve been over the limit. He could’ve killed Yazmin or someone else.
Stupid girl getting in the car with him known he’d been drinking.. no one knows what happened In the car a row could have broke out .. these are just toxicology findings .. she’s lucky to be alive ..
Altho it’s more than likely, we don’t actually know that she knew he’d been drinking/shoving coke up his nose. She could’ve ended a lot of the blame directed at her (by his mum particularly, saying he was surely distracted as he was such a good driver) by claiming he was off his head on booze/coke, but she stayed quiet about it if she did know.
Be interesting if they can find out if he was speeding or not.
Luckily for once a drink driver has only killed themselves.
I think it would be pretty obvious if he was three times over the limit and had c in his system. They were in a bar together before I’m not buying she wouldn’t have known he was over the limit…
Shocking how the blame for this isn’t squarely on him. She was silly to choose to get in a car with someone she probably knew was pissed. He chose to get behind the wheel of a deadly weapon knowing he was pissed. What he did was much, much worse. The blame for what happened lies with him.
I agree he’s the only one to blame for what happened, it probably would have happened whether she was in the car or not. but I also think people saying maybe she didn’t know are being naive and she’s very lucky to still be here

That’s my theory out the window then, if she said she was asleep I thought maybe he might have fallen asleep at the wheel, but my naivety has got the better of me of course they were both up and had drinks. I think they argued about going to the after party as she is someone who parties but once she’s had enough she’s had enough even if it’s early. She has even said it herself. That night she wanted to go to wherever they were staying so she could go to bed he wanted to continue on with the night
