still here just think trauma is an incredibly complex subject and there’s no such thing as a perfect victim, especially in instances of DV which is why it’s still so difficult for police/courts to handle (more broadly speaking, not wrt Yaz).

Her social media conduct is clearly not that of a well person which I suspect is a shared opinion on this thread so this supporter doesn’t feel the need to comment much atm. I hope she gets real genuine help from qualified medical professionals and not retreat sales teams…

You have to admit to having a problem first before help is considered . She’s a classic narc . She’s profited off others struggles and flaunts herself like the cat got the cream . Uploading the video of her crying in hospital because she had a broken arm didn’t seem genuine . Why would your mother film you at your most vulnerable unless it was discussed prior? It was a definite way to show how she’s not coping etc . A good representation of false remorse. The girl isn’t sorry , she wasn’t invited to the funeral for good reason . Their relationship was toxic on both sides but she is certainly no angel . It is insulting to real dv and trauma survivors what she is doing .

I have zero sympathy . She sold the story super early to cover herself and the crying video supports that . Would love to see her cross examined in court . A barrister would tear her apart .

Correct , she owes me nothing. However she does owe her vulnerable followers who she rips off daily , a hell of a lot . Accidents do happen but her behaviour is some what questionable . i don’t see her as a “victim” at all . There is so much more to this than she’s sold to the papers or posting about online to monetise from.

I don’t like Yaz at all, the way she lies and distorts things (including her own face with the stupid constant filtering) put me right off her.

Having said that though. I do think a professional would have advised her to get back to normal life and it has been a while. If anything, being cooped up indoors for weeks on end wouldn’t be healthy.

She shouldn’t be taking advantage though
and promoting this retreat crap she was doing before when she was secretly away with a guy who she publicly hinted had beat her up.

Obviously she kept choosing to go back to enjoy the luxuries he could give her from causing misery to so many other people. He had his little harem going on and whilst she was claiming to be a strong ‘independent’ woman she was living off his gifts and pretending she had earned them. No doubt in my mind if he was still around she would have gone running back to him again even now.
