She may have had a stoma, which would explain the kids sitting on her knees hiding her stomach.
Im shocked someone so young and fit like her has it in any form. All the best to her.

You are just retyping what has already been discussedI live close to where Kate and William live. They are often spotted out and about in the Great Park (more so in the private areas where only staff and certain residents of the Great Park are allowed). People who live in Windsor and Old Windsor see the RF quiet often, so it's not a common thing for locals to take pictures of them every time they are spotted out. You wouldn't even know it's them as they are very incognito even when driving through the Great Park or the area. I've seen them both a few times recently, and she looks exactly the same as she did in the farm shop video. I've even seen William in the Tesco in Dedworth down the milk aisle and he just looked like a regular shopper. I had to do a double take and he was very polite and kind! I really hope she is now able to get the privacy she needs and her children are well protected from the media frenzy as it must be and will be so hard for them at school especially with the playground gossip!

My husband who doesn’t give a f about royals and doesn’t follow them looked at it once and thought it was off… AI or photoshopped … so idkI think the biggest mistake they made is editing a picture they knew would be really scrutinized. At first glance it wasn't that badly edited else the organizations wouldn't have published it to begin with. But when you're looking for it then it's easy to spot the mistakes, as it usually is.
If it had of been a normal situation when the photo was released then it quite possibly would have gone unnoticed.

It does take roughly 5-15 years for a adenomous polyp to turn into a tumourunfortunately, bowel cancer can appear and become dangerous all within the space of 6 months.
It literally can be any other part of her abdomenI did wonder if she had a hysterectomy and they found cancer cells. This exact scenario has happened to a relative, down to the preventative chemo. The hysterectomy was for another reason but the cancer was picked up when they did a biopsy after removal.

And if you really think she’s not getting her treatment in the comfort of her own home with a team of top doctors……Did you expect Kate to drive herself to chemo or flap her wings and fly there. What have I typed that has already been discussed as I joined at thread 5 from another thread on here. That they are seen often around Windsor? If so that's because it's true. lol this is basically what I mean, it’s the vastly different approaches that makes people speculate and go hmmm why the sudden secrecy compared to the literal monarchso she's been having mop up chemo since the end of feb and in march alone they've:
- sent her for a drive with carole
- badly edited the mothers day pic
- blamed kate for said editing (???)
- sent out body doubles to a farm shop to carry heavy bags which is at odds w the abdo surgery
ppl only took an interest bc the lack of info was in such stark contrast to charles's diagnosis, it was assumed that she was in a much worse state. they could've avoided all this by just saying that surgery and recovery isn't a linear process and she's taking more time to recover than first anticipated. it wouldn't be a lie and then they could've come out w the cancer info with the very reaosnable take of waiting to tell the kids. no one is holding anything against kate herself, but the KP pr team is a steaming pile of shit
Just posted the video that might explain it. They probably had suspicions but were not sure, so surgery for necessary.It’s all so weird and just gets weirder. Why did they initially specifically stipulate not cancerous when there was clearly a possibility.
Why did they release dodgy photoshopped photos, then one of the back of her head, and even weirder, her apology, which meant she took the blame at this period of stress.
What was with the happy farm shot and then this terrible shocking news. It’s all so contradictory.
I imagine it’s early days and she is receiving the best medical treatment, if only the palace could get equally good PR specialists.

Tbf, that's what my husband was told.finally someone saying facts !! She’s had successful surgery to remove what was there …. The treatment is to make sure everything is dead (cells) and clear
