I just turned 18 and been going grey since 16. Vitamin B deficiency 💔 been wearing my hair up ever since, but just recently got the roots done. Not even a month later and they’re already coming in strong 💔 my biggest insecurity by far.

Around about the time I started studying for my O-levels so about 15 years old. I had very dark hair though otherwise I may not have noticed the grey hairs so soon.

I was born with a patch of grey hair and since my early twenties it’s been progressively spreading. Now at 38 (if I didn’t religiously dye my hair) I am
almost entirely grey!

Just curious. I think I have a couple (32) but I’m blonde so it’s hard to tell. My dad was fully white by 40 but my mum still only has a sprinkling of greys at 61! Hoping to take after her!

I’m 29 and have a few greys, slightly noticeable but not from a distance. They started appearing a few years ago maybe sometime in my early 20’s.

I flip flop between wanting to go grey naturally and not hide that fact because why should I, to wanting to dye it and pretend it’s not happening.

Could be worse though, my aunt went fully grey at around 19.

I found a patch the size of a 10p when I was about 28 but I was going through a hugely stressful time and they disappeared when my life settled down a bit. But I'm now 31 and my parting is full of them! None through the back of my hair but lots on top 😑

I think I was about 42/43 (now 48) when I started to see some grey hair, I have always had highlights or brown hair, (dyed) however I decided last year I was going to embrace the greys, not that I have many. I mainly have them around the temples with a few scattered through the top. I wish I was greyer than I am, but it makes it easier to grow out and I don’t plan on cutting my hair short either, I follow a few grey haired ladies on Instagram and they have beautiful long grey hair, that would be my end goal.

I found my first grey hair age 27 after a job interview. I got the job and it turned out to be the worst two years of my life. The grey hair was an omen!😂

I was 25 or 26 and I found one single white hair at the back of my head and I was horrified. I didn't get anymore until I was about 28/29. I'm now 32 and have a fair few appearing at my temples but they don't bother me. When I'm 50% grey I'll probably start dying but I'm not getting busy when there's maybe just 30 in total. I used to pluck them, but I've had cycles of bad hair loss and right now, I'm just happy there's hair, grey or not!

26 when they started, I’m 40 now and about 75% grey and on a 4 week regime. Hate it! Going blonder to try and get it to blend but it’s a massive pain in my life! Very insecure about my hair, I’m too vain to let it go yet. Only plus side is it’s thick and apart from the greys I have a good head of hair.

21! Very young but I think my mum and nan were the same. 25 now and 2 children later they are popping up more and more. Really need to crack on and get some dye on it hahaha

I'm ginger so I'm hoping it will be a long time before there are any greys! My grandad had his red hair into his 60s.
