Forgot all water today, zero fruit and completely missed lunch! Was a very stressful day today.

Me too not just biscuits.. its chocolate bars crisps cheese triangles and sweets I will just pop to kitchen to get a glass of squash and end up bringing something to sofa with me

one contains 80% more sugar and refined carbs.
The other likes to take Pinterest “recipes for food so sad it’s suffering from depression” and pass them off as her own

it’s also making me hungry.

Welllll today has been terrible

I did make an excellent chorizo carbonara for dinner. Need to stop buying biscuits and go back to Keto, carbs are not my friend

hello all, thought you’d love to know my life changing meals i’ve had today

jam tart,
ice lolly
vegetarian pizza
onion rings
mini cheese and onion rolls
and a super noodle curry flavour.

spent the day non stop cleaning.
i’m absolutely bloated.

Vit c + zinc drink tab
1 ryvita and a dunk of hummus
Small tin no added sugar spag hoops & 1 bagel thin
Barbecue for tea, peppered steak kebab with a wholemeal pitta, 2 salt and pepper chicken drummers, salad with feta, corn on the cob
2 diet G&Ts, I'm off tomorrow!
Loads of water through the day
 
Tinned tomatoes on toast, fried egg on top with a side of fried onions and cannellini beans
Banana
Tuna mayo and sweetcorn pitta bread
Fishcakes, mixed vegetables and quinoa
A bite of my baby’s quesadilla
Couple of slices of cheese
A chunk of ferro roche easter egg
About 2L of water, 4 coffees and 2 bottles of Bud

I do well with eating til mid afternoon or when i’m cooking for my baby and then I can’t control myself

Same breakfast as the rest of the week, smoothie made from coffee, milk, banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt and some oats.

Lunch: Toast with some jam.

Snack: Apple with cheese.

Dinner: Leftover slow cooker steak tacos with a sour cream, lime and cilantro sauce.

Yogurt drink for breakfast
Some carrot, tomato, lentil and onion soup for lunch with croutons.
A cookie
Chopped apple
Quorn nuggets and chips for dinner.
I've had a cup of Ribena and a few cups of water. I also had a few sneaky sweets.

For lunch I had a healthy, super green salad.

Closely followed by two mars bars and a Kit Kat.
