Barbecue for tea, peppered steak kebab with a wholemeal pitta, 2 salt and pepper chicken drummers, salad with feta, corn on the cob

Loads of water through the day
Tinned tomatoes on toast, fried egg on top with a side of fried onions and cannellini beans

Tuna mayo and sweetcorn pitta bread
Fishcakes, mixed vegetables and quinoa
A bite of my baby’s quesadilla

About 2L of water, 4 coffees and 2 bottles of Bud
I do well with eating til mid afternoon or when i’m cooking for my baby and then I can’t control myself
Yogurt drink for breakfast
Some carrot, tomato, lentil and onion soup for lunch with croutons.

Chopped apple
Quorn nuggets and chips for dinner.
I've had a cup of Ribena and a few cups of water. I also had a few sneaky sweets.
