L: veggie sandwich and some prawn dim sum with chilli oil
D: sushi place was packed and had no tables so ended up getting a burger instead
Yesterday..
Brekkie: weetabix honey and banana
Lunch: went out to a pub and had half a rack of bbq ribs, chips, peas and a corn on the cob
Didn’t have any tea but has a bagel and a cup of tea at like 8pm
Didn’t do much exercise, just 20 mins yoga stretches and 8k steps
Yesterday I got my period and it sucked the life out of me so…
B granola and oat milk, tea
L 2 pitta breads, with nothing on because I had no energy
Sn some crisps I found in the cupboard
D takeaway vegan chickn burger and chips and painkillers.
todays rundown (day hasn’t finished yet lol just planning ahead)
b: porridge with peanut butter, dark chocolate and seeds
l: roasted cauliflower with bacon salad
t: teriyaki salmon and rice bowl
snacks: an apple, some dark chocolate and about to make some oat and raisin cookies!
B - banana and kiwi
L - chicken wrap with avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes and cucumber
D - Gousto spicy chicken madras
S - safari snacks, blueberries, cherries
Drinks - 1 latte, 3 coffees, 2 tea
Bacon sandwich with 2 slices of wholemeal bread
Chicken and rice with satay sauce and salad
Lemony chorizo linguine and garlic bread - gousto
Kitkat and a mini toffee crisp
10 minutes barre, 20 min leg weights and 20 minute spin - sore sore sore right now, knees feel like giving up
Brekkie: a chocolate brioche bun and an actimel
Lunch: crispy chicken, spinach, tomatoes, mozzarella and bbq sauce in a wrap
Tea: salmon, broccoli and sweet potato mash with hummus
Snack: some chocolate buttons and a brownie
Exercise: 3 mile lunchtime walk and a 5k run

B: ginger honey water
L: veggie sandwich
D: honey soy salmon, rice and broccoli
Currently babysitting and counting down the minutes until I can go home - will probably have some chocolate when I get in - its been one of those days!

D - rump steak with creamed corn and wedges
S - mini Maryland cookies, blueberries & cherries
Drinks - 1 latte, 4 coffee w semi skimmed milk, 1 tea, 2 small glasses red wine
B- Toast, cheese, tsp peanut butter
L- Cauliflower stew and 2 wasa crispbread
D- Leftover pasta, leftover roast potatoes and since the plate was looking extra beige, I added a bunch of green peppers on the side. Had a couple spoons of yogurt but couldn't finish it.
Snack/dessert- A small slice of toast and peanut butter with quarter of a teaspoon of honey. I wanted something vaguely sweet.
Few cups of tea (black, green, herbal) through the day, and water. Didn't drink enough today, definitely feeling a slight headache over it.
Brekkie: porridge with apple cinnamon and golden syrup
Lunch: chicken sausage spinach and mushrooms on a bagel
Tea: spicy chicken tenders with crispy garlic spuds and peas
Snack: a twirl and a cuppa, drank loads of water
Exercise: 35 min hiit and 1.5 mile walk
Fri 25
B: 2 slices of sourdough with butter
L: Had a rare day off and the OH got me a greggs cheese and onion pasty for lunch
D: prawn mayo in brioche, zucchini fries (and had half a garlic baguette whilst cooking dinner)
2 smoothies and some water and now sat with a green tea
Thursday:
b - coffee w/ vanilla almond and sugar / cinnamon toast x 2
l - hot chocolate
d- diet coke with vodka . Whopper with cheese . No Onions. No Tomato . All The Pickles. Couple fries because well BK .

Snack: packet of prawn cocktail walkers
Tea: hello fresh pork chipotle tacos
Drinks: tea, cappuccino, water, a Diet Coke
Exercise: 45 min yoga and 2.5 mile walk
