Hi guys continue here I’m gonna start adding exercise/activity too to keep me on track!

no mention of calories

yesterday..
Brekkie: weetabix, banana, semi skimmed milk and honey. Oat milk coffee. I’ve started having a bit of brown sugar instead of sweetener as I read that aspartame triggers anxiety
Lunch: lamb, couscous, tenderstem broccoli and spinach
Tea: Boursin cherry tomato pasta
Snacks: a choc brioche bun and a piece of brownie
Drinks: tea, coffee, water and a glass of peach and raspberry cordial
Vitamins: C&zinc, D and an apple cider, turmeric and ginger supplement
Activity: 10 min yoga stretches when I got up and a 2 mile walk after work

Yay new thread! Dropped off for a couple of days because I had a super busy weekend but all my food was great lol

Would people want a what I eat on holiday all inclusive? I’m going tomorrow and best know I’m going to town everyday

Today
B - sausage baguette
Probably won’t have lunch today
D - ravioli bolognese bake, millionaire brownie tray bake during bake off
E - just walking today

Ooh I'm new to this thread but it sounds right up my street!

Today I'm having:
Breakfast: Banana protein shake made with almond milk and a fruit salad (melon, grapes and orange)
Lunch: Prawn coconut dahl, salt and vinegar hula hoops
Tea: tempura chicken balls, steamed broccoli, vegetable rice and mayflower curry sauce
Snacks: nutrigrain bar and pink lady apple
Drinks: water, green tea with lemon and a can of 7 up cherry
Exercise: 30 min youtube workout once my little girl goes to bed

Today:
Breakfast: Asda gluten free granola with raspberries and almond milk
Dinner- veg cup a soup from tesco
Tea: homemade beef and bean chilli with micro rice
snacks- babybel, banana, 1 pistachio Mochi, trek protein bar, at least 5 cups of tea!

Exercise: 30 mins shoulders and biceps in gym and then 15 on cross trainer

today i’ve got it all planned out so here goes
b/ yogurt fruit and granola
l/ roasted veg (cauliflower aubergine and red onion) chicken and lettuce with sweet chilli sauce
t/ prawn linguine
s/ fruit and greek yogurt

Breakfast - Pret coffee, orange juice and strawberries
Dinner - Chicken sandwich and the last remaining Krispy Kreme doughnut from the box and a Diet Coke
Tea - I’m going to have chilli con carne. It’s so cold today and that’s my fave warm up comfort food.

Breakfast - Small banana and Muller light toffee yogurt (168 cals)
Dinner - Homemade broccoli, cauliflower and stilton soup, sun bites, jelly, trail mix (436 cals)
Tea - Homemade Thai green curry (405 cals)
Snacks - Cookie (254 cals)

D: bit of blueberries and tea.
E: 30 minutes of cardio/light cardio. Not a great day at all haha

L- Ham salad sandwich and a packet of crisps and glass of water
D- BBQ Chicken pizza with salad & glass of Pepsi
S- Pumpkin spiced muffin & a Vodka & coke

Snacks: grapes, fridge raiders chicken and a couple of malted milks
Drinks: tea, oat milk coffee with brown sugar and 2l of water
Exercise: 30 min kettlebell workout, 25 min walk at lunchtime

Had a bad snack day but i blame the leftover Halloween sweets

breakie: a banana
snack 1: mini snicker
Snack 2: mini bag of maltesers
Snack 3: mini Mars
Snack 4: 3 bite size refreshers
Tea: garlic and chilli pork steaks with crispy potato slices, tenderstem broccoli and Mediterranean veg

2l of water and a glass of coke
30 min walk! Had a banging headache all day so not much exercise from me

I’ve felt snacky today

B - Two slices of toast with butter
S - a Bliss bar
D - Beef stew portion from the freezer
S - Handful of Halloween sweets
T - Hoisin duck bao buns with some rice and tender stem broccoli.
S - An Aero

D - tea, coffee, hot choc, small red wine and more water today
E - 6.8 miles of walking

11am - almond milk cappuccino

4pm - pear and almond scone, coffee

8pm - vegan sushi platter, sticky aubergine and egg fried rice, watermelon martini

No formal exercise but I went axe throwing which was great fun

Still on night shifts...
Over the last 24 hours I've had
4 rashers Richmond vegan bacon
Alpro protein yogurt
Asda plant based mini scotch eggs
2x packets McCoy's Crisps
Glass of alpro choc oat milk
Warburtons bread roll with olive spread, quorn vegan chicken and sandwich pickle.
Beyond burger, applewood smoked vegan cheese slice, 3 onion rings in Warburtons roll
Box of micro chips
Nomo Sea salt chocolate bar.
Sticky rib pot noodle.

Can't wait to finish nights and eat proper times etc lol

I’m new to this thread but love getting inspiration from what others eat! Had a good day yesterday.

L - large bowl of Thai red vegetable soup
D - medium naked burrito from Tortilla with guac and sour cream
Snacks - banana and some m&ms
2.5 litres of water and a ginger ale

20 minutes of swimming and walked 12.7km throughout the day

Yesterday

B/ toasted tiger bread, it was going stale and needed using
L/ homemade lentil soup and a piece of bread
D/ Linda McCartney burger, vegan brioche style roll, skin on chips done in the air fryer and a bit of vegan cheesy garlic bread.

Snacks: a bit of bread and mushroom pate. A few chewy sweets leftover from Halloween.

Exercise: PT session. My back wasn’t too great but I still managed pretty much everything so that was good

Played 9 holes golf
Snack. Jelly babies while playing.
Snack. Spoon of sugars free peanut butter
Early D. 2x fishcakes and peas
Out. One glass white wine
Water and tea through day.

So far I believe:
B: 1-2 of my usual coffees, whole wheat+butter, blueberry protein yogurt
L: chocolate cereal
*traveling somewhere today so have no food in my flat practically
also 30 minutes of light cardio(exercise bike). Won't be able to get in as much exercise this week unfortunately.
