Salmon and roast vegetables (using up whatever is left in the fridge kind of night)

Hardly a full meal but I'm not too hungry and I wanted something to snack on while I watched some SATC.
Chickpea and spinach curry with rice and mini poppadums
Had jacket potato with cheese and spaghetti hoops and tbh it was AMAZING
Last night was cheesy chicken pasta.

Laksa curry with chips, spring rolls and cauliflower rice
