Yeah basically but its darker than soda bread for some reason. I’d say it’s probably because I have oat bran, wholewheat flour and wheat germ etc in it (as well as buttermilk and bread soda). I also don’t use butter in it. Easiest bread recipe ever, cant be arsed with sourdough

We’re having chicken and broccoli gratin with some fresh bread for mopping
Probably just some sort of pasta. Other half is having pizza.

Capers are good to garnish smoked salmon on soda bread. I had it that way in Ireland Instead of lemon.
Made a chicken balti, mushroom rice, saag aloo and bought some naan and bhajis
