I've failed the last 2 nights - Tuesday was a chicken kebab, yesterday hubby made Chilli & Jacket spuds.
Tonight I am doing Chicken & Chorizo pasta bake with garlic bread
Guinness stew/coddle (with leeks, cabbage, carrot, swede, onions, potatoes and some shroomdogs). Might cook some crusty sourdough to go with it. The amount I’ve made I’ll be eating it for days
