Cold Beef and chips and a crust from a fresh uncut loaf (which will become breadcrumbs for the Xmas pudds)

Chill con carne is on the list today. Froze them in portion sizes during the week! So popped one in fridge to defrost last night. It's a VERY healthy recipe compared to my usual.

A bit of a leftovers one. A small quiche from the freezer, I have a random potato that is past it’s best that I’ll chop into some wedges and left over broccoli

Yes, it’s the taste. Kimchi is excellent on toasted cheese sandwiches.
I have never tried that before but I want to
now!! Thanks for the suggestion - should suit my skill set more too lol (I even have a proper toastie maker that seals everything in.)

I don’t have any sandwich bread so maybe that’ll be a weekend meal.
