Looking for something (light/ untaxing ) to go to, in London, in a few weeks. The Devil wears Prada caught my eye. Anyone recommend it? Or not? TVM.

Question: is Paddington that good?!

I follow a couple who have now seen it three times, are they completely bonkers?!

Its worth seeing but I found it quite long - needs a few songs cut and some storyline stuff with the family taken out.

I enjoyed it enough but it’s not a show I’m rushing to see again and it doesn’t particularly stick in my mind. Certainly worth considering though if you want a light untaxing night out.

I finally saw Paddington and thought it was cute. I honestly thought I'd hate it because it was so overhyped, but it was entertaining enough - not sure it was worth all the awards though.

Also saw JCS and can say for sure I don't like ALW shows, I didnt mind Starlight or Joseph, but I have disliked a lot more than I've enjoyed.

Anyone know what's going on with burlesque? We were in Cardiff this afternoon and got an hour in. Show stop then cancelled due to 'cast illness ' which would be plausible but this keeps happening? All seems very odd

I can't understand why they don't just give up completely. It's obviously never going to work, why fight it this hard when no one even cares?

Bloody hell! I’ve been keeping an eye on it after the shitshow of the Sunderland run, but it was looking like it might be starting to manage to hold it together - seemingly not

Cast morale must be subterranean right now.

I’m highly dubious about this ‘illness’ though - there’s definitely more to it.

It's in Glasgow for the nxt 2 weeks so I'll b keeping my ear to the ground re drama. I was in the kings on thurs for high society & it was half empty I reckon Burlesque will have sold like that.
