*TW - JUST IN CASE ANYONE IS TRIGGERED BY WHAT I SAY*
So I am desperate to loose weight.
I find it really hard to find motivation, just because I generally feel down quite often and my motivation will come and go. I have the ideas in my head but I can't physically do it or make myself. I don't want to loose a great deal, I just want to drop a couple of dress sizes. I am a 14 in jeans and feel so disgusting saying that.
I used to be a 10/12 but I want to be this size again. My top half is a 10/12 but my wardrobe has a range of sizes from an 8 - 14.
I know people will be mad by me thinking a size 14 is big to me but it is because of I see myself and the way I am shaped
So the advise I'd like, is there a good 'lazy' way of loosing weight? For people who struggle to find the motivation? It's not that I am lazy, like I said my mental health just works against it.
Do Slimming teas work?
Does fasting work? Where you only eat between 12-8
I will gladly do small workouts and I can cook decent meals. Any advice would be great, thank you.
