Thank you!!I hope you don't mind me saying but you look great!
I currently only wear sports bra type things. I can’t seem to find any bras that fit and are comfortable. Unfortunately after having my daughter they are flat as pancakes and so normal bras don’t seem to fit properly anymore as they don’t fill them out like they should. Or they push them up and then it looks like a shelf. I wish I could chop them off because they just get in the way! HahahaYou do not look fat, you're in pretty good shape, this is what society and social media in particular are doing to us. There is nothing wrong with your body. The only thing I would say and please don't take offence, is to go to a proper underwear shop, get yourself measured and treat yourself to a really good bra. I promise you it will make you feel amazing in your clothes. Take a nice dress or top with you for the fitting so you can see the difference. Cheap bras are unflattering particularly on women with good size breasts. I buy fantasie bras as they suit me the best and can normally find them on sale for £28, I never compromise on bras and I don't buy from M&S either.
ETA A lot of my actual clothes come from charity shops. I dont compromise on bras or food quality everything else I have is secondhand pretty much
You need to go to a Specialist shop and get measured and fitted. There wil be a brand that makes you look and feel good. Be prepared though for a bra to feel a bit uncomfortable initially, they aren't supposed to be loose. When I was first fitted I was wearing M&S 34C, turned out I was a 32E or 30F and the bra did change my posture as it forced me to push my shouldres back. For years I had hunched over my boobs to cover them up, now I make the most of them.Thank you!!

You can't go too wrong with chicken and vegetables or fish and vegetables.Wow, some excellent results!
Does anyone else suffer with wanting instant gratification? I feel like I have a week of good eating and I'm like 'am I skinny yet?'
Also what do you all have for evening meals? Going shopping this week and need some inspiration!
I am one of those people. When I first started losing weight a year ago (currently lost 3 stone, 10lb left to go) I ate 1200 calories a day. I lost about 1lb a week until one day my weight loss just stopped. I then went up to 1400, then 1600 then startedSome posts are suggesting that upping your calories can increase weight loss - can someone explain this? I know this must be in very specific situatioms but I'm such an amateur at weight loss this is my first time properly committing to it so don't understand how that would work. I used a TDEE calculator which says my maintenance calories are 1,800.

I don't understand the science at all. I think maybe our bodies just adjust over time to the amount of calories we give it. Plus websites like Myfitnesspal don't really help as they just give most women 1200 as standard regardless of your height and how much you have to lose etc. TDEE is a much more sustainable method, I have found.
Yes this is a great attitude! One day of “bad” eating doesn’t make you unhealthy, the same as one day of “good” eating doesn’t make you healthy. Just gotta try to make sure there are more good days than badA day of eating rubbish however I wanted to come on here and reassure some of you that eating badly one day might not be as horrific as you think. I've eaten an entire Aldi Triple chocolate Swiss Roll and a bag of their Sea Salt and Chardonnay Vinegar crisps, sounds horrific and there is no nutritional value in either item but calorie wise I've actually only consumed 1708 as I haven't had anything else so ladies and gents, don't despair if you have a bad day, it's probaby not nearly as bad as you think.
Try an independent shop, mine wrote down the bras and sizes I need and I found them cheaper online (bought 1 from them too). Or bravissamo is meant to be really good and the boob or bust fb group. I've gone from a m&s 36d to a 34ff and the difference is amazingI currently only wear sports bra type things. I can’t seem to find any bras that fit and are comfortable. Ooh brill thank you! They sound yummy. You can't go too wrong with chicken and vegetables or fish and vegetables.
ETA some 5 spice on the fish and ponzu sauce (teriyaki and lime) for a bit of liveliness. Also if anyone is making a pizza. Mushroom, peppers, mozzarella and then a sprinkle of tabasco before you cook is delicious
Hopefully this doesn't sound creepy, but you look great!Oh god please let me lose like all of you!! I need some serious good luck!
