Okay, I am the biggest animal lover going, and yes, I would be devastated about losing my dog, but c'mon, I am not wasting my time being sad for a stranger on the internet over this. You have to watch your animals like hawks, especially those expensive ones for the gram. I feel very bad for the dog and I hope it was quick for them.

I’m extremely empathetic for the dog. I am for any animal that‘s clearly bought for the gram. That poor dog felt fear and pain as its last look at life. That’s not okay.

what do you think of her new post today? it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable and kind of as if she's trying to capitalise on the popularity of BLM to boost her own platform. it's good to see her address these issues but she also fawns over other white influencers like hannah gale and inthefrow who have questionable behaviour too. surely she would have been better amplifying the voice of black influencers instead of her own?
surely she'll have black women in her 'community' why not give them her platform?
agree, that would have been a much better approach for someone who is so "community" focused. she only marches out the community line when it works to her advantage.

Going back to her membership for bloggers, she's taken lots of courses created by others and now she's selling that knowledge on. There are two big problems with this - firstly lots of the courses she's taken state that you can't share the knowledge with others from outside the course. Which she is totally doing. I wonder if anyone's called her out for reselling their knowledge!
The second problem is that these teachers and coaches have (mostly) learned by doing - they're experts in their respective fields and they have proven success. Whereas Vix is now teaching other people how to do things like PR when I'm pretty sure she has no experience of having her articles published in any publication in years, if ever?! She has no depth to her experience, yet she has the gall to act like a seasoned expert. Surely this won't last long.

Sorry this is me possibly just being naive but what’s the connection between PR and having articles published?
the main point of public relations is getting positive press coverage for brands e.g getting stories picked up in the papers etc

I do feel for her - the emotional trauma that inevitably comes through family bereavement, then losing the dog now, is horrible. I also think her manoeuvre from sex/relationship blogger into influencer-guru (which, even as a non-influencer, seems dubious at best) is another manifestation of being lost and not knowing what she should be doing or aiming for.
But my heart sinks for her when I watch those stories and see she just doesn’t look after herself on a very basic level. Her diet is appalling - cheese, pasta, chips, Diet Coke. It’s not about size or shape. So many influencer type people (Hannah Gale, included) have completely taken body positivity (/neutrality), self-care, “treat yo’ self” as an excuse to not bother washing your hair, not exercising, and eating whatever feels good in the moment. Vix - start drinking water like it’s going out of fashion, pile those vegetables high, and make your body work up a sweat! Your body, brain and maybe your business will thank you.

Very intrigued to find a Vix thread! I used to read her blog (in passing) back in the day, and occasionally roll my eyes at her tweets. I was very 
to see what she looks like nowadays, as people have said above, so unkempt and like she doesn't care. I'm allfor keeping it real but I was genuinely surprised at how bad she looks... I don't want to be horrible as I'm not calling her unattractive or anything like that, but wouldn't you want to present yoursel a bit better? It's like rolling up to work not having washed for a week, wearing dirty clothes!
