She did stay a while a go but looks like a new visit as she’s done a live and a post saying I’ve arrived. I am maybe slightly jealous as it is beautiful cabin and expensive! but just annoys me as Sussex is in tier 2 with a threat of moving to 3 so her roaming without a care has just got me mad!

I can't prove it, but it's a well known loophole exploited by TV personalities of her generation. It's not illegal, just not sustainable.

Thanks for clarifying. I guess not unusual in any sector but the sensible part is to use the borrowings to increase your revenue. Easy to do if you are a factory buying machinery harder to evidence and stick too for an influencer.
