Also, most people get it after a lifetime of dedication to whatever their field is, unlike Vee…Bradford Uni gave her an honorary doctorate. Most people who get given one of those don't then go swanning around calling themselves a Doctor because they recognise they have not earnt it (Unlike, for example, a PhD or Medical Doctor)

It’s screams publicly/ marketing stunt from a low ranked uni to me.
To be fair, Vee has spent a lifetime dedicated to herself - a veritable PhVee, if you like.

I've just seen she's updated her channel name on Youtube to 'Dr Vee Kativhu' Does she not realise that an honorary doctorate and a doctorate are different things? I bet even on her family whatsapp she's put her screenname as Dr... she's incredibly vain.

hilarious that the letter from the palace was addressed to Ms Kavithu but she made them put Dr Vee on her name label. also shocked but not shocked she seems to have no critical thinking skills when it comes to engaging with the monarchy

Literally! I get her point but why does everything always have to center around HER, she could've made the same point not even referring to herself. Maybe being too much is a reason in itself.
Can she for ONE second not post something so madly tone death and braggy? Why is every single damn sentence so self centred.
And I have to ask. Does she genuinely sit there (or pay someone?) to make fake news articles about her to post, celebrating the fact she is in assiociation with possibly one of the the most historically racist institutions in the world? “Meeting the king to back in bradford” like it’s some monumental train trip every person must be made aware of as headline news. “Twirling around buckingham palace” is just proof it’s all a performance for social clout.
What frustrates me is I want to support her and she’s trying to do good. But she makes it so impossible to do so, because nothing she does is authentic. She needs everyone to know that she is doing better than you.
She mentions McDonalds a lot in her humble brag posts... but most of us start out somewhere like McDonalds anyway. She acts like she's risen through the ranks as a rare and special entity, whereas most people start in a job like that to gain experience.
