Did anyone change what they were eating (in regards to getting pregnant?) my intake now is to eat at least one kiwi fruit a day with the skin (as i always do anyway) as it has a lot of good vitamins and Folic Acid. Did anyone else have a plan like this? to eat whats good for fertility or did you just eat what you normally do and it worked? going through a crisis since my period came
I’ve stopped drinking coffee (doesn’t do much to me anyway), drinking more milk. Using this diagram as a base where I can:

I’m struggling today. DPO 5 and my LH is having a wobble and my BBT is going down, but still above baseline. Works really quiet at the moment so i have a lack of distraction.

Thanks so much for this. I eat so much of that diagram, but I do need to increase in my intake of fruit and fish...

You’re so welcome! It’s a general healthy eating plan, so it shouldn’t be too much of a shock to the system.

I’m only 6DPO but thoroughly exhausted today. I also fell asleep on the sofa last night which absolutely never happens. It’s a long two week wait.

Hi guys!

Long time lurker here! Finally thought I would join as we are in the early days of our TTC journey. It’s only the 2nd cycle really, 1st cycle we could have tried harder (we had a lot on that month)

I am using the easy@home OPK’s so have a couple of questions…
1. Do you stop testing once you’ve had your peak?
2. When is the best time to DTD? On the peak day itself or after? or is it best to just regularly do it 2/3 days throughout the cycle?

I am currently only around 4/5dpo, had my high/peak 15/16th of June but feel terrible! I must have picked up some sort of bug which is not helping my symptom spotting. I have on and off stomach cramps and twinges as well as on and off bouts of nausea and headaches! The timing couldn’t be worse!

anyway looking forward to the advice and going through this crazy journey hopefully resulting in BFP! We are newly married and has to postpone our wedding throughout covid therefore feeling like we couldn’t try for a family so now we are more than ready 😊

Welcome love 😊

I use the CB digital ovulation tests where you stop when you get your peak. With easy@home I think some people keep going to ensure they've definitely found their peak.

Regarding timing, sperm can survive for up to 5 days inside our bodies but the egg doesn't last that long once released so ideally you'll DTD a few times in the run up to and when ovulating. It can be hard to pinpoint exactly so NHS advice is 3 times a week and I know a lot of us aim for every other day. The CB digital tests say peak fertility is when you get your peak and the following day.

Good luck 🥰

CD20 for me, no idea when or even if I’ve ovulated or not as we’ve agreed not to track anything before his deployment.
But today I’ve had some pinky/brown spotting (sorry tmi) but I’ve never spotted before between periods. Even the times I’ve had 80+ day cycles.. (the joys of PCOS)

So just a bit confused and my little head is overthinking everything, if we were lucky would this be too early in my cycle to be spotting for possible implantation? Got myself lost in google searches saying all sorts so just wanted some advice!

Morning campers, how are we doing today? 7DPO for me and the cramping and backache are in full force. I’m hoping for some spotting in the following days, though I’m hearing that not everyone gets implantation bleeding.

I’m trying to stay positive today. I’ve put on my comfiest summer dress and favourite perfume, and I’m going out for a walk in the sun at lunchtime I’ve decided.

hope you’re all ok. Here for a chat if anyone needs it x

I can’t imagine not tracking - you’re doing so well! Spotting can be either implantation or period, so you’re best waiting until your period is supposed to arrive. Do you know when that is this month?

Welcome!!
I test BBT and LH throughout my cycle, though not LH during my period. It gives me a good overall picture of what’s going on.

As for DTD, there are various opinions on this but it seems like doing it every couple of days works for a lot of people.

I've been using easy@home LH tests twice a day and recording them on the premom app. I've not ovulated or reached my peak yet however my LH levels are going down. They weren't super high to begin with. Any advice please? First month ttc and i'm overwhelmed xx

Glad to hear you’re remaining positive ♥

It’s been hard not tracking but I didn’t want to put any pressure on conceiving with his upcoming deployment we just want to enjoy this time together. My only problem is not knowing when my period will arrive, the past two months cycles were 122 days and 80 days so it’s not much to go by 😩

I am probably massively overthinking it, as the likelihood of me ovulating on CD14 when my cycles are that random and sporadic is probably very low, but I can keep my fingers crossed. I’ll wait a few days and see how it goes 🤞🏼

Sending lots of love to everyone ♥

Have you recently come off contraception? The first couple of months can be all over the place whilst your cycle adjusts! X

4DPO and the googling has begun 😂

What time of day are you testing? Perhaps you're just missing your peak, I think it's common for it to be a quick thing.

Guysss How's it going??

I am 8DPO today and just disgustingly exhausted since yesterday. My head hurts and I feel period cramps although I'm not due for another 7 days. Feeling nervous x

I'm definitely not an expert but it might be worth trying something like 3pm to see if that makes a difference?

I test at 6am and 4pm during during the week as I'm at work and can't really test in the middle of the day 😂 on weekends I tend to test around 1pm, I've noticed that's when I've get my highest readings. I've been doing this a year you get to grips with it lol 🙃

I wasn’t 100% sure if I’d ovulated as I hadn’t had a properly positive opk. I’ve had 3 days of raised BBT so I’m assuming I must have and I’d just missed my peak. I might swap to CB OPKs next month.

Thank you! 😊

Well I’m around 7dpo today and my boobs are a lot more sensitive than usual.
