Aunt Flo is here so I'm out.. explains why I've been so exhausted these last few days.

Actually went to the docs for blood tests I've been feeling so awful... Does anyone else struggle with low iron? I supplement anyway but think they will say that's the issue.
I have low folic acid and have to take them daily to help. They help with the exhaustion but I also have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Once you have ovulated, your progesterone levels increase which creates a rise in your temperature. So it pinpoints the exact day you ovulated. I personally find it the easiest to track where I am in my cycle in comparison to using OPKs :)
And what kind of a difference should i look for? A whole degree in change or a fraction?

Mine go like that I don’t even really take too much notice of what happens in those few days following AF you still have a few days before it should start going up into the higher numbers.

Can I ask a real personal question? We are trying yes, but do you guys orgasm before it’s his time and it works? lol SORRY, no other way to ask! lol
I've read somewhere (sorry, great source 😅) that it can sort of help matters to O at the right time but definitely not necessary!

The two week wait is super stressful. You may test negative in the later stages of it (10 dpo and onwards) but you still try and convince yourself there's a possibility the test is wrong. You feel symptoms which are so similar to pms.. and just hold on to the little smidge of hope. And it kills you. I'm wondering if what I'm feeling is just progesterone or can I be pregnant. Even though the test is stark white. It's a mental battle and I'm tired of fighting it 😒
I hear you. Sending hugs

Do whatever feels right but a short break can let your mind heal before starting again. If you still DTD often enough around ovulation you never know what might happen x
I don't even know when ovulation is without tracking. It varies cycle to cycle x

We have our donor coming on Sunday which I know is too early as I'll only be CD8 but we are away from Monday for a week so we will miss my predicted ovulation date. Fingers crossed I ovulate very early this month.
Have you tried any of the OPKs? I always ovulated later than my predicted date. X

CD19 and still no peak on ovulation tests! Starting to think perhaps I have missed it if it came when I was only testing once per day?

I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and this one is straight after a misscarriage. Apparently there’s a lower misscarriage rate if you conceive within 6 months of a misscarriage! Not sure why but if you give it a little Google there’s loads of information!xx
How long did it take you after you lost the baby? I have heard it makes you more fertile but didn’t know if it was an old wives tale. X

like me i read in to all symptoms! try to relax and wait until your period is due! it's super hard ( i need to listen to my own advice) But hope you're postive!
Me too! Today I’m 4dpo australia time and I am feeling pulling sensation on my right side now but no spotting. Trying my hardest not to pick up my nephew incase anything happens

Did anyone change what they were eating (in regards to getting pregnant?) my intake now is to eat at least one kiwi fruit a day with the skin (as i always do anyway) as it has a lot of good vitamins and Folic Acid. Did anyone else have a plan like this? to eat whats good for fertility or did you just eat what you normally do and it worked? going through a crisis since my period came

Those who use fertility friend and the easy@home or alike strips to test LH do you put it in standard or Advanced? I’ve been putting low/high/peak in the advanced bit according to what premom translates it to but just realised there’s the standard negative/positive option which is probably what those tests are. Does it really matter much?
