Thank you for the welcome and kindness, and I’m very sorry for your recent loss too.Thankyou so much my lovely lady. It makes me cry when people are so kind to mehere’s hoping 🤍
Welcome 🤍 I’m so sorry for your losses. Always here if you want to chat. I had a loss recently too. This is a lovely community and I’ve got lots of good advice from here xx
I'm so sorry to hear this. Those well-meaning questions are so hard when things are going on in private. Sending love your way.Looks like we were all feeling pretty similar yesterday! Hope everyone's okay.
My husband was so excited when we found a BFP on the 12th and he was like omg and Sunday is Father's day... Only to then bleed on the Friday before and then BFN. The sadness comes in waves. It has affected me more than I could ever imagine.
I'm back to work today after a week off and everyone is asking about my 'lovely week off'. It's not their fault, they aren't to know, but it just makes you realise that what you post on social media isn't all rainbows and butterflies. Everyone's fighting their own battles behind the scenes.
I decided to delete Facebook and Instagram off my phone for the foreseeable for these very reasons.
If you're self conscious like I am, there's loads of YouTube videos for running on the spot or step, etc. It feels silly at first, but anything to get your body moving is goodif anybody else has lost weight to improve their chances of bfp could you drop your tips/tricks for me.
ive been eating smaller portion sizes, less carbs and more greens and trying to be more active. Any home workout tips are welcome too x

HeyHi - I’ve been lurking here for a while bht not posted on this thread before. Hi ladies. I am wondering if any of you can help me understand LH testing/OPKs.
I’m 2 months(well first month I started on cd15 as that’s when my strips arrived from amazon) into using premom and testing strips . I am struggling to understand it - my LH levels are fluctuating a bit but staying in low range (is this normal to have minor fluctuations?). They weem to increase so I think a surge/peak may be coming but then the next day the number will have decreased. Is this normal ? I suppose I’m trying to understand what sort of numbers are normal natural fluctuations ? Even last cycle my peak was only ‘1’ and was in the high range on the app till the next day I was lower and it changed it to peak.
According to the other apps (Ovia, flo and p trackerYes I have 3!
) I should have ovulated by now so when I saw the number still wasn’t that high today I wondered what my test strips mean.
Have attached pic of last month and two of this month. Grateful for any advice or interpretation- or pictures of your own so I can see what cycles actually look like, Altho I appreciate these will vary from woman to woman.
Thank you in advance guys![]()
It’s almost impossible not to, even though the 2WW is stressful at least it’s a break from the peeing on a stick and comparing the shade of purple between linesTold myself I wouldn’t get obsessed with pissing on sticks again yet here I am![]()
I dont think you are a cow at all! Its true, least that person has had a shot at it already. Sending lots of love xxxI’m the same age as you, but I would argue i’m more of a cow, because whenever I see someone is ttc after miscarriage, I can’t help the part of my brain that thinks ‘at least you’ve had a positive at least once’. Which, of course, is nonsense and isn’t fair at all.
Hey
so take Premom as the app you work off, the other 2 will just be estimating (unless you put your strip results in them too!)
You had your peak cd 16 last month which means you would probably ovulate 12-48 hours after your peak reading so CD17/18. It’s normal for it to drop back down the next day.
So keep testing this month and you should ovulate in the next few days, once you see the peak reading you should DTD for a few days but I would start today if I were you as it’s likely to be in the next few days if you are regular![]()
I so know what you mean!!!! It happened to me. My best friend named her son the name I'd always spoken about. I was pissed off at first, but I guess it's just one of them.I know this is ridiculous but my partners friend has just had a baby girl and named her one of my favourite names and now I feel sad the name is goneI know you can use the same names but literally they are like best friends and it’s a pretty unusual name…
wahhhhh
