I've unfollowed her today, just find her so obnoxious lately, no social awareness, the kids are not my cup of tea and the recording of the flowers after there clearly had been a swimming tragedy of some sort was too much.

Have to say Triona is always refreshing to watch. She looks like great craic and with all the crap on Insta at the moment of first day in school and first day in “senior pre school” wtf 🤯 it’s nice to see her off in Venice enjoying life. She doesn’t pretend to be someone she’s not.

Ok...I love triona style I think she refreshing and a bit edina from ad fab...but I think she has pretty much peaked 15 yrs ago , and she isn't relatable at all to most women her age...in what world do u think its ok to create content with ur daughter on overly priced cosmetics if she's at that at 10 what will she be doing as a teenager....exposing your daughter to that seedy world

She was odd/flippant about death that time when her daughter asked her why there were floral tributes placed beside water when they were out for a walk. They had been placed there after a tragedy, it had been widely reported in the news etc. Triona sort of airily replied "well I imagine someone pawssed away daaarling" and that was the end of it.
Sometimes I think Triona isn't capable of processing tragedies/deaths/serious, sad stuff if it doesn't directly effect her, so she ends up seeming to get the tone wrong.

Was Will hot when he was younger?
I remember reading her column in whichever Sunday paper it was (Indo I think) and she was forever going on about what a ride he was.
Has he massively disimproved or was she talking shite?

I dont think you can say its not normal. I think we have all done this on occassion and really i dont think its any harm. However, doing it on a regular basis is another story. I dont know, i think Triona milks this for her social media. Yesterday she obviosuly was very hungover but in the past i think she makes it up as she is normally out of bed, full makeup on and off in the car with Will on a family day out somewhere. If she was truely hungover she wouldnt be able to do this- i know i wouldnt anyway!
It isn't normal!! Have I ever been hungover infront of my kids? Yes, but it's pretty much a weekly thing for Triona and no that is not normal or ok when you're a mother of two. To be honest I'm not really sure what you're trying to say in your message. It's a very regular occurrence to see Triona dying on her stories

What a bloody stupid cloen she is. Sitting on a train, doing a story for insta, boasting about the brat doing her skincare. Thd child is using a Drunk Elephant serum that costs €45. And the clown has included the lady sitting across the way, who doesn't look very happy about it.

So are you people telling me that Triona's husband didn't have the good sense to drop that absolute wagon.
That's disappointing

She always goes a bit off the rails on anything to do with her sister, I think she still struggles massively with that loss.

Still no excuse to be wrecked on her sons birthday but I think its more problematic than "fond of a few glasses of vino"
She is profoundly affected by her Sister's death. Her heartache seeps through her pores. I wonder has she ever been to a professional to try deal with it. I do feel for her and I do like her but her behaviour is so in her kid's faces that it's actually quite shocking to see.
Why she comes onto her stories hungover all the time baffles me!!
It's not something I'd want strangers to see.

Triona just spends her days scrounging around Ranelagh for free beauty treatments and wandering into the boutiques with her kids and their scooters....have seen it for myself.

Not very much, I met her once at a corporate launch and she was vile. Drank so much and LOUD LOUD LOUD. Total attention seeker and so embarrassing.
That doesn’t surprise me really I think I’d be cringing if I was in her company, you’d think she’d reign it in but clearly the drink probably has a lot to do with it.

It can be a strangely inversely snobby place (west cork) amd outright snobby too but her accent is 100 percent affected and also probably from living in Ramelagh for too long🤣

Triona shouldnt be sharing Mini at all. That said though she is fairly precocious, i did think her pure joy was lovely to see. All of the home made friendship bracelets and swapping them, so wholesome!
It was so lovely to see her excitement. Triona may have got the tickets for free, but at least she brought her daughter. Unlike the likes of faces who openly said her daughter was a huge fan, got her involved in making bracelets for it & then fecked off with her last minute ticket & left her daughter at home. Then tried to justify it by saying because she felt she was too young to enjoy it.

That’s fair enough - I suppose my point is more that we should have a higher bar than a comparison to the most heinous situations. Happy to stand corrected!
Well calling for "child protection services" is an absolute insult to those kids who are in situations you wouldn't put a dog in so that's why I said perspective is needed.

There's fear of those kids. Ideal to be up this late? Absolutely not. But are they well fed, well looked after, have a bed of their own to climb into after a party!? They do.
