i am so so soooooograteful that i am not doing this now at same age as her and with 2 children. it would literally be my worst nightmare - the tiredness, the ickiness, the fear. im amazed that drinking still has such appeal for her at this stage of her life. i feel bad for her.

That’s a bit of an odd comment. Drinking and socialising don’t come with a sell by date. I think she’s great to keep getting out there and have fun and hasn’t let having a family deter her from doing that. Fair play to her. Some people seem to think life is over after you have kids. I think most of the hangover and partying stuff is put on to be honest.

Triona is all fur coat no knickers. She always ends up appallingly drunk at events on free alcohol and makes a show of herself with that screechey voice. She still gets bookings though and makes a decent living.

Had to register when I saw there was a thread here about Triona McCarthy. Her drinking has definitely got out of hand. I recall one of her stories a few weeks back when she said something along the lines of "I thought I was having a great day, getting all my work done etc, and now all I want to do is drink, and I know we're not supposed to say things like that". I used to know her husband years ago and when he met her she was just coming out of a failed engagement, which she went headlong into after her sister died. She was always fond of the party lifestyle - in more ways than one - Will was never like that. She was renting a little apartment down in Ballsbridge (developing the accent!) and he had already started to convert the outhouse in his Dads garden into a mews. She wasn't long getting her feet under the table and was literally pregnant within a year of meeting him I'd say. The MiL has just moved back into the main house since the Dad died last year. (Wills parents separated years ago but it seems they never divorced so his Mother got the house) and after seeing her stories last year where she went boozing into the neighbours with the MiL I thought that maybe Triona might have her nose out of joint at not getting into the big house. . Anyhow, she seemed to clean herself up after meeting Will but I always thought she could go back to her old ways and she seems to be doing it very publicly now. Cannot believe she went shopping for hangover goodies in her PJs though. As for the kids, Maxi seems quite like Will and Mini, well, she just seems to be morphing into a little Triona.

That little girl is being taught how to be obnoxious and precocious and all of it done publicly for instagram anything for content.

You can actually see people on her stories being totally uncomfortable around her. Last week in a hotel lobby, hammered and yesterday in KV rubbing some girls head. They all give her the filthiest looks and try to get away from the camera.

I was so mad at her during the week when she showed the kids clothes she was putting up on Depop, they were nothing special but still selling them instead of donating them to a charity shop or other deserving cause. She gets enough free stuff for them, has she never heard of giving back. I understand maybe selling her own high end clothes on Depop but some of the children’s clothes she showed weren’t in perfect condition and were only run of the mill brands. It just seems to boil down to greed with her.

I’d love to know what half of them think of her when she use to go to all these big events and she’d be shoving her phone into their faces (influencers/tv 3 crowd) with her big fake cackle.

Not very much, I met her once at a corporate launch and she was vile. Drank so much and LOUD LOUD LOUD. Total attention seeker and so embarrassing.

Kids don't enjoy sitting in the sun on holiday. They absolutely enjoy the swimming pools, the activities, the beaches, the waterparks/attractions etc. And they absolutely love the airport/plane spotting and actually going on a flight.

That little girl is so unlikeable I agree but as a poster has already said it’s not the child’s fault, wait till she’s a teenager Mrs D4 accent will have her hands full then big time.

She totally set up that male doll ‘going down’ on Barbie in the sink on her stories - despicable the way she sexualises the kids stuff. One of the biggest doses of all. Can’t STAND her.

I hate the way she speaks to her daughter (calling her "dorling" and making double entendres for Insta) and the fact that her vapid personality "quirks" seem to be rubbing off on her: the child was saying something about accessorising on Triona's stories, and as well as being such an oddly adult expression for a kid to use, it was said in just the same simpering tone her mother uses, playing up to the camera and trying to appear... coquettish or something, I can't even describe it but it makes me so uncomfortable!
It's really sad to see a parent refuse to let their child just be a child, and to afford her basic privacy and protection from the big bad world.

I *want* to like Triona but... Jesus christ, the constant drinking, grooming her daughter to be an instahun (remember her instagram page was public for much too long?) it's just vulgar.

I like the fact she's older and not heroin chic thin, but she lets herself down massively in all other aspects

Filming her poor relatives AND the grave. I absolutely hate when people share graves and then the adding of sorrowful music as the kids play. It's so disrespectful and so attention seeking. I know people grieve and deal in different ways, but it's not fair to be showing her hardy enough kids playing on a headstone.
