Tracy, if Corey got the money - thats means he filed for taxes and claimed the children as dependents. You have also proven to us that you do not have them 85% of the time. You also don’t have any real jobs to file taxes on. So, if there was an actual stimulus check - you both should have come to terms on how to split the funds. But you won’t speak to him bc you’re such a badass throwing shade behind a keyboard. (Also, how do we know her parents didnt get money back for Julian being his legal guardian
). However - You may not have received the stimulus if you owe money. There was also a threshold for income. Corey seemed to be doing ok in his union job. So this isn’t black and white issue.
