I wasn’t aware Mary had a ‘typical’ job, does she not just do OF? or did she say on the podcast she had a job? Also, not everyone wants a family/kids and she’s travelling the world with TPD, so I don’t think it’s that sad of a thing
I’d happily sacrifice my annual leave to fly all over the world, like you said, she’s only young once and I’m sure they’ll be amazing memories to look back on if she decides to settle and have a family. She can also not go, plenty of TPD members only appear in certain videos so she’s at liberty to decline to go places to see her friends instead etc
