Second guessing whether to get a double pram for baby and toddler like a bugaboo donkey or just a double stroller. My toddler currently hates the pram so no idea if it’s even worth getting anything but we live off a fairly busy road to cross to get into town so ideally I’d like her secure in something for the walk into town! Not sure if a stroller would. Work for a baby though!

That’s the one I’m thinking of! The benefit of the bugaboo is if she still doesn’t play ball at least it can be a single pram, the benefit of the Joie sure is the price haha, and at least there’s always an option!The Joie Aire is suitable from birth

Yeah I do think to be fair I’ll use a sling a lot as well, and I just don’t know how keen she’ll be so reluctant to spend too much! Basically I think if I have a sling as well, then this way I have plenty of options without spending a fortune. I never really got on with a sling/baby carrier. I wish I could. Not really leaving parks etc, but for my 3yo, I set a timer on Alexa for bed time or dinner time for 10 minutes and he is pretty good at stopping what he’s doing for when she startsAnyone else just exhausted by every outing ending in tears?! Going to the park or to activities… they never want to leave! Am starting to try get them gradually used to it by saying ‘we’re leaving in 5 mins / last go on the slide’ but obvs times pretty meaningless to a toddler so am unsure how helpful that is. Any tips or just a phase I need to ride out?!! 2yrs6 months old. Feeling like this

I’ve always done sling with newborn and toddler is free roaming. Is she the same if your partner does drop off? Ours is much happier when it’s dad doing drop off- she screams if it’s me.Hey, posting for advice please. I think I posted a few weeks ago too and nothing has changed. My two year old daughter is hysterically crying at nursery drop off. No signs of anything improving no matter what we do, and believe me we have probably tried everything. She's been going to this nursery since she was 10 months old and until maybe about 2.5- 3 months ago she'd never cry going in, she'd be maybe a bit subdued but otherwise totally fine. Now it's heartbreaking tears. They say she's fine after about 10 mins but is definitely more emotional generally than she used to be. Still seems happy at pick up the way she's always been. I know separation anxiety is very common but this has been happening for so long now that I'm scared this is just how she'll be with everything from nursery to school. Really not sure what else to try. She really does try to hold it in and is usually fine on the drive to nursery and even on the walk to the door. Then as soon as the staff member comes out to take her in that's when she literally breaks down into tears. It's so so hard. Has anyone been through this for a long period of time and how did you eventually overcome it?

Every time the toddler comes back from spending the day with his Nannie hes in stained clothing, and it's another ruined outfit. I'm sick of it. I've mentioned it so many times, but she never listens. All I ask is she puts a bib on him or takes his clothes off because he can be such a messy eater! Aahhhhh
I must say, 10 years of parenting and I find orange to be the absolute worst. Nothing I have ever tried - including the sun which works on everything - gets it out. I always take the clothes off when it’s food that may stain and Mr B leaves them on and it’s so frustrating especially when it’s new clothes. My mum has the baby once a week and she’s the same.
