Costa is owned by the Coca-cola company.
yep, which is why they've recently changed all the plant-based. milk alternatives they use from Alpro to the AdeZ brand - because it's also owned by Coca-cola. this is an issue predominantly because it's vile and the drinks taste totally different, but also because - unlike Alpro milks - are not gluten-free, so now their drinks aren't suitable for people with Coeliacs disease, hence loads of complaints and people boycotting Costa!

I know a lot of 90s dance videos didn't feature the actual female singer, but today I found out that also includes the lady with the beautiful hair from Corona. It's not her singing on any of their videos :(

I posted about this Bitcoin fact on my social media but when the algorithm started making inferences it didn’t make before I took it down. My friends’ losses are your gain. 🙂

This is why when you’re looking to cut your energy usage, you should also look at your online storage and cull anything you don’t need.

The largest thing I have stored online is my saved music collection. It’s not even big. My dad works in computer security so I’ve spent the last decade and a half being afraid of anything that collects data 😶

That woodlice are not insects, they belong to the crab and lobster family 🦀🦞
the different names people use for woodlice depending on where they live always amazes me! i've always referred to them as woodlice, but other names include bible-bugs, cheesy-bobs, chisel-hogs, palmer-worms, monkey-peas, chuggy-pigs, coffin-cutters, sow-pigs, chucky-pigs, grammer-pigs, granny-zows, pigs-lice, roly-polys, nut bugs, johnny-grumps, slate-cutters, cheese-logs, billy-bakers, armadillo-bugs, penny-pigs, dampers, hardy-bugs, daddy-granfer and pellet bugs.

equally, my bets friend at primary school used to happily EAT woodlice. like, she'd purposefully catch them as a snack. it was grim.

That Horlicks that is 7 months out of date ends up looking like this?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s rock solid, like a block of toffee or hard caramel - how?!

When people were crucified in the Roman period the nail went through the side of their ankle into the wood (so not through the top of their foot) and then through their wrist and not hand. So all the crucifixes in churches are wrong.

A while ago biggest thing I leant T-Rex the dinosaur (maybe even Velociraptors included) Palaeontologists believe could be related to the as such modern chicken.

Another yesterday was where the term Tory came from, essentially likely originates from Middle Irish Toraidhe meaning outlaw or robber (thief essentially),is another word more akin to tory as such, meant pursuit though.

Velociraptors were covered in feathers and nearer the size of a chicken than what’s depicted in dinosaur films.
