It's ridiculous - I've got a tin of soup that has 160 calories for the tin... serves 2Today I learned more from this thread than I did from my day

It's because mass produced soups have so much salt in that if they said serves 1 the traffic light symbol would be red. So they can pretend half a can is a portion and it'll only be orange.

Today I learned that my seat on the sofa isn’t mine anymore and it’s been taken by Teddy the teddy bear (I learnt this when I sat down and my toddler said NO! Grabbed my hand, pulled me up and went ‘teddy’s chair’ and put his teddy bear down instead)
