About a story, of a man who lost his wife 16 years ago and raised his daughter single handedly. He chose to never move on and because he couldn’t give his daughter siblings, he bought her pets and showered her with love. I had the pleasure of meeting this young lady today to do her hair and make up for her sixth form leavers formal. She told me the story of her mum passing away when she was small and the story of her and her dad.
Half way through, he popped in and there was just something so pure and humble about him.
I drove home, after being tipped £20 by him, completely in awe of this guy who must of gone to hell and back, and pushed through to raise a beautiful well rounded young woman. I cried a few tears...just because, today I learnt there are still good men in the world, and there are also many who deserve so much more than the hand they are dealt in life..

Next day delivery means next day delivery to the courier and not to the customer. Silly me

Next day delivery should mean it’s received by the customer the following day. I’ve never found any differently.
I'm being sarcastic which obvs has been lost in translation on a forum :sneaky:
Let's say not all couriers deliver on the due date.

I've had several that don't.
Especially if it's being delivered through Hermes.
Always claimed the money back though 😂

The pulp in Tropicana isn’t from the same fruit the juice comes from. The pulp frozen and added later.

In The Addams Family TV series...the Thing ( the hand that run around) was the hand of Ted Cassidy who played Lurch.
On a side note, he was 6ft 9.

One for the more mature tattlers..
Remember the 'Charley Says' information videos back in the day? They were usually don't go with strangers or play with matches, that sort of thing. Well I just found out that Charley the cat was voiced by the late great KENNY EVERETT. He would "miaow" the message which was then translated by the little boy.
Who knew! 😲

I felt very stupid when I learned that ABBA stands for Agnetha, Benny, Bjorn and Anni-Frid.

That noise was like no noise I could ever imagine a real cat making, unless it was being drowned.
