- he doesn't learn and despite Sian TGF 2.0 (trophy girlfriend) not wishing to be on camera, he kept filming her. He knows he's punching so it's all rather lascivious really. She very kindly took down and packed away the Christmas tree she put up whilst he lay on the sofa, feet up, filming her (cleavage included of course)
- he spent NYE re-enacting his youth. Sat in a car on a mountain with TG 2.0 watching fireworks that were miles away, all cosy with essentials: a blanket, flask and laptop to watch the London fireworks
- the app did indeed launch on NYD. Well it was less of a launch and more of a tit show. No contact from him all day with users awaiting the log in email they'd been promised for weeks. He surfaced at the end of the day to say it was now happening and he's had such a busy day. Top tip JtC. Don't stay up late watching fireworks on a mountain when you've a major business product launching next day and still with final checks needing doing.
- he then did an about turn and offered a monthly pay option on the app. It was due later in the year so he had been pushing the £99 for a year fee. Even with installments, it still won't be better value than others in this crowded market but bizarrely people are still buying into his toxic brand

- he's buzzing from all the users chatting in the app chat function and uploading photos etc that's he's looking at in the background (creepy). Check his privacy policy app users. Last time of looking its either not there or a generic app one used by the app developers.
- ranting continues in the new year. Sweary rants about weather, Govt etc etc. Though for some inexplicable reason he thinks he's “succinct, clear, calm, comprehensive and collective' which is made all the more funny when he should have said collected. Which he isn't. Deluded mate. That's what you are. And thick.
- new year old JtC. Someone made the rooky mistake of thinking he's a nice man by asking in comments if S, TGF 2.0 was C.
They do look very alike but he answered 'no lol'. He then went on an attacking sweary rant because the original poster objected to his sarcastic pass agg response of 'lol' . So he posted the exchange to his grid. All the sycophants backed him up and blew smoke up his arse.
- he's added travel to his goals and is about to plan holidays for the year. Spain, Scotland and Venice are under discussion.
- showed the place Sian has moved either to or from on socials. That info has no place being shown as she is both a mother and a private female. Yet more
for the young mum.
- still no sign of a meal prep yet.
- the merry-go-round of ads continued relentlessly but to spice things up he posted a 'before and after' shot of him for hard 75. The after was him naked. He pixelated his groin area. Now instead of everyone shouting wow about his physical changes, comments were mostly calling it out as an inappropriate image. He battled on regardless. Said anyone who thought it out of order was weird.
He also got Sian to back him up on stories by recording her response. Foolish really but she did it. And she did agree with him bizarrely.
- his response to #pixelgate was to then turn off comments. Because you can't argue with stupid. JtC gets the arse, argues then shuts it down so you can't respond. Abusive behaviour and another.
Insta followers response to this behaviour was to leave. He lost over 10k. And they've been declining ever since. Superb own goal. But he left the pixelated cocktail sausage up on socials. A grand total of 15 likes and no comments on FB. However on Instagram he continues to lose followers by the thousands. He remains unrepentant though
- a quiet couple of days followed but he sprung back with an announcement of feedback from his app users. The app itself has an awful rating but he keeps banging on about the 'buzzing' community.
He made a mistake though of pasting the same sentences of feedback multiple times. Thick as mince
- he is claiming the 85 stone weightloss by his app users as 'his' amazing losses. It's also approx an average of 2lbs per user so about average really. Like him.
- said he would meal prep Sunday 7th Jan and get Sian to help. You'll not be shocked to know it didn't happen
- one app user is too heavy for conventional scales. So he was 'encouraged' by JtC to post an image in his pants only for 'accountability' . Brave man yes. Exploitatative John - also yes.
- Sian vanishes. So does JtC. He returns and states C was the love of his life. If he won they lottery he'd give her money etc etc. She rang him at Christmas blah blah. Who knows the truth of any of that but we do know that Sian hasn't been seen since and tbh who could blame her for jibbing him after that performance.
- one silent late night dog walk on a Friday. No sign of Sian. And he 'found' a big bar of chocolate in his fridge. Sure John.
- posted a giveaway of glass containers in that shameless way instashammers do when they are losing followers. Next day though he deleted it and all of his stories vanished and no word of explanation. And no draw or winner.
- a tik tok shared by him of him kicking over a slimming world club sign. He shared a PowerPoint style visual he's becoming fond of making and using (complete with piss poor spelling) to say his app was cheaper than SW. He's trying to be like team RH but like a sort of rubbish Temu version. He continues to get it very wrong. He then filmed himself driving back to pick the sign up because criminal damage isn't lawful
- mid Jan he alleged that C contacted him both at Christmas and new year saying he was the first and last thing she thought about each day. This plus business concerns (failed app?) meant he had nearly turned to alcohol on a number of occasions. He said he was failing to motivate himself.
And yet 600 people have paid him to motivate them on that app!!!
No sight or mention of Sian.
- move on a day or so and like all narcissist boyfriends he's acting like all is good with Sian and the C thing didn't ever happen. His love bombing of Sian continued and he booked and paid (in full. He made sure he got that in!) for an all inclusive holiday with Sian. Told her it was Benidorm when it's actually the Maldives. But only for 7days. Will take well over 24 hours to get there and same to come back. Jet lag will be a joy. Cue sudden new found purpose and the cold showers, reading etc is all back on so he can look good in a mankini - if indeed they ever get there.
- Sian must be quite mercenary to overlook all the of the last week or so in order to get a free week in the Maldives. Send she has a few to fly of her own then!
- the fact it takes a full day each way, he hates flying and hasn't flown sober eludes him. Book in haste repent at leisure. April will come soon enough.
- the packed holiday suitcase is back. The one full of clothes he packed and never wore in 2021 after the second book photo shoot. He's going to look in it this coming weekend apparently. (edit. You guessed it. He never did)
- jury is out on whether we get pre holiday meal prep but we suspect not. Even though he should.
- JtC being the bragger that he is decided to share a full video of the new property he was viewing as he now wants to buy, despite saying he's make more money from his business as property is a terrible investment.
Fully downsizing and no reason why given though he asked for a freebie property solicitor a couple of days before. He made sure we had a quick glimpse of S in the house at the end of the stories.
- next day he's viewing a second property and deciding which to buy he put up a poll

By the end of the day he's announced he's buying the first property and will be in for summer.
- it's a down size. No garage. All rooms are smaller and the kitchen is not a meal preppers delight - which will suit this clown as adds to the reasons not to prep!
- his daughters birthday and he's back on form taking no responsibility yet whining about taking back his power.
- showed a muddy sink and wet dogs scratching at the back door. Caption to say she'd do this for an hour (Fifi) . I would too you cruel man for leaving a wet dog outside in awful weather. Cue new story of S blow drying the dog.
- as always we ending a thread on a high. Shared a reel of parents breaking eggs on kids foreheads. Plenty of shocked and upset kids etc. He then decided that the many people who were commenting as offended by it were Karen's. Unfollowing began again so he started dirty deleting any comment that wasn't pro him.
- a new book was put into the sales carousel for breakfast recipes. There was a little sticker in the corner saying 'new and exclusive recipes'. Looking forward to that JtC. Especially as we are yet to see anything exclusive from you. Google isn't exactly exclusive and he's never to be found recipe testing
- still sharing old pics of him at the public toilet gym. Take new ones JtC. Write it on your
