She’ll realize how much better she had it on the clinical trial, that’s for sure. At least she had a few days to rest at home, but now it’ll be nonstop. She will be bemoaning the lack of ‘endpoint’ immediately

For sure. I predict tears, calls to the doctors, breakdowns at home. And fatigue will hit hard. She'll have a hard time putting up 30 minute videos every few days

RE the side effects ... since she's presumably going to be receiving radiation with palliative intent she'll be getting less treatments, maybe only 10 as opposed to 30 for head & neck cancer patients with non-metastatic disease who are being treated with curative intent. So maybe she'll have minimal side effects ...

I'm thinking she was prescribed anti-anxiety meds for the treatments but she won't admit it and she won't take them as recommended.

I think she is insisting on going to the appointments alone so she has time to process and spin whatever her doctors say to her advantage. I mean, there's no way her mom didn't insist on coming to these appointments at least. She doesn't want her mom to see her panicking or crying. She's still spinning the story to her that 'it's not over' and this will be a good treatment option for her and her mom will obviously latch onto the possibility that radiation will cure her.

One thing that stuck out to me was how she mentioned it's when she's inside those scan machines that she cries and has tears flowing down her face. It's the one place she can't yap or distract herself and block things out. If only she knows the only way to beat the emotional storm beating down on her is to go through it, not avoiding it. If only she could face her potential outcomes with some sense of inner peace, instead of all the melodrama, lying, blocking things out, and manic manifesting. It's sad, actually. Her ego prevented her from seeking true support even though she had plenty of opportunities to do so.

You’re right on the money. Tiffany has even mentioned that since the cancer grew and she got removed from the trial that she’s been repeatedly telling her family ‘it’s not the end.’ She sees her loved ones slowly coming to the realization that she’s on borrowed time and I think she HATES seeing it, not just because she wants to protect them but because it reminds her that this is real and she can’t block it out. Her family is already grieving and she just wants false positivity. Perhaps Matt and her family want to ask the doctors some hard hitting questions about Tiffany’s remaining time left but she doesn’t want to hear it and has thus forbidden them from tagging along to her appointments and spreading ‘negativity.’

So many comments about her going to these very difficult appointments alone - everytime. Sometimes the mother is dragged along, when it suits Tiff.

It is very strange- how they coddled her in times when it wasn't needed -yet, back then.

But now her whole massive extended family leave her to get on with it. Invisable.

Yes . It’s palliative intent which means that the neck area will be radiated regardless of the results. The intent is to stunt it from getting worse and affecting her quality of remaining life. The Pet scan is purely for the rib area like I mentioned before. No spread gives the green light to radiate the rib area. Further spread means it’s pointless radiating the rib area. The neck is in need of radiation right now regardless of spread.

Yes. Her current symptoms will get worse before easing. Tumours swell at the start of radiation. Over symptoms - sore throat, tender skin, hot skin, burnt skin, dry skin, fatigue, nausea. Radiation can be harder than chemotherapy/other cancer treatments.

Last evening there was some ruckus in TS's comment section. The Youtube username TonyDone-o9m wrote a now-deleted comment saying that TS was a family member of Tiffany's and that his/her channel was made for Tiffanythinks' marketing strategy, saying that Tiffany and Tiffanythinks' marketing team were brilliant.
I had written 2 somewhat substantial comments reminding that person that brilliant isn't the word to describe Tiffany or any of her family members, certainly not after Matt's risk and reward comments, Tiffany's 'watch and wait' while being a stage IV cancer patient according to St. George's hospital and other medics at the RM during Tiffany's various hospital visits. I stated that no one in Tiffany's family followed up on the reasoning behind St. George's hospital's initial stage IV diagnosis, nor even bothered to get a third opinion. I also stated that Tiffany was making the Royal Marsden look substandard in many instances in her videos, and that just because a lung nodule didn't show up on a PET scan doesn't mean it was not cancerous in the context of Tiffany's locally advanced colorectal tumor. I stated that we won't know the truth of what the RM really was telling Tiffany.

I stated something Saydee mentioned: that there were at least 3 instances of other doctors not at St. George Hospital who had classified Tiffany as Stage IV during the initial months after her diagnosis and that Tiffany had a hissy fit just about every time that happened. I remembered some of those instances. I also stated something that someone had written here: that Matt might be staying with Tiffany because he feels guilty about having swayed her to watch and wait, thus delaying the exenteration surgery, which also could have delayed treatment of the then-solitary lung metastasis. I also stated that what Tiffany really needed wasn't a marketing team but family and friends who would have given her good advice on her medical condition and made sure Tiffany wasn't ignoring the substance of what her doctors were indicating about her cancer.
Well, I think this was too much for that Tony to take, so he deleted his initial post, which had the effect of also deleting all of the replies. So, maybe Tony was a family member or close friend of Tiffany, as those comments must have hit close to home. Instead of replying to try to refute what I had written, Tony deleted his comment.

She doesn't like to think of any bad news with her scans. Her 'We Got This' and prayers by her and her cult members are going to make her well again. And all the blue hearts of course. Can't forget them.
Maybe she better pack her bags and ask the doorMatt to take her to Lourdes.
