I don't know much about the NHS living in US but one thing I am pretty sure of is they did not take the time and expense to get all that set up for the radiotherapy not knowing if it was going to happen. I think she has gone one too far to think that any reasonable person would believe the pet scan is AFTER all of that. I honestly don't know what the point of not doing the videos in sequence is but I assume it has to do with £££

SMH. Tiff clearly did not get the memo, she's yip yapping about the same old boring topics whilst she's supposed to keep her trap shut during the uptake of the radioactive tracer. ESPECIALLY since the radiation oncologist probably needs to know the extent of the vocal cord involvement:

Relies on gross finger crossing to get her the results she wants.
Promo for "chunky pen" which. goes so well with the journal.
Noteworthy is she seems to not follow the directions after that contrast or radioactive scanner to drink lots of "wuter". She drinks none on camera at least.
Now the big wait for the results that will no doubt be back quickly but she will drag it out for weeks.

Why is she always surprised when it rains? Also, she filmed herself while waiting and the angle changed quite a few times. Meaning she repeatedly got up and down to move the camera around! How silly is that? I'm still noticing an intake of breath every time she talks. And lately she's remarked on how out of breath she is. That's not a good sign, I think.
She also noted that the pain around her tumor is not just on her neck but on her back now too.
And my god, but she repeats herself in every video! Most of what she says is totally inane. Matt must be ok with it, which might mean he's just as much of a simpleton. Or too much of a wimp to cut ties. They obviously fill a need in each other. But it's never seemed like a true lovers' relationship to me. Very asexual, even before her PE surgery.

while I think she was uninteresting date when Matt first met her she has gotten so much worse. He probably got used to it and by the time he wanted out the cancer impact was such that he just has decided t o "ride it out". The word that just pops nonstop into my mind when I watch this woman act like a 10 year old (as in the room waiting) filming herself is PATHETIC. That is what I feel...she is just pathetic.
7 minutes in and it's so obvious she's just babbling to herself to distract herself from the weight of this PET scan. Literally 95% is regurgitation of things she's repeated countless of times...what happens when she gets a PET scan, she doesn't like eating breakfast, she's radioactive and can't be with children or pregnant women for hours after, the merch shilling...make it stop.
Also I love how she acts oblivious that she doesn't know what will happen if the PET scan lights up in another area. Didn't she say during that appointment she went with her 'mama' that the oncologist explained everything clearly to her, all the options, etc.
The thoughts about what will happen to her are getting intrusive now. They're getting harder to block out. It may also be why she's uploading regularly now--the video editing gives her something to do at home. She's spending so much energy on her denial rather than living. Sad.

I noticed many discontinuities or jumps in this video, PET Scan Day *Cancer Journey 2026*. What was she attempting to hide? She went back 'home' after the video, which was the Sevenoaks flat as per the type of countertop and her upscale appliances. Apparently, she hasn't yet moved back to Croydon. So, will she be driving the 23 mile-journey (46-mile roundtrip journey) from Sevenoaks to the Royal Marsden in Sutton daily for her radiotherapy, or will she opt to drive the 6-miles from Croydon to the RM, Sutton? At some point, something in this situation is going to give, and I wonder what that will be.

Will there be symptoms from daily radiation?
She sounds like she's on the edge of having a mental breakdown. When her time comes to meet her dear Jesus (ahum) I think her family needs to make sure she's 100% sedated. I saw people in their last days crawling out of their beds, bending their mattress out of anxiety. Tiffany will be like this.
one major one for most people is fatigue.
her constant reference to pain meds that she needs these days and yet she drives? I still don't get that.
My dad had radiotherapy on the same sort of area and his biggest symptoms was fatigue, a dry mouth that couldn’t be quenched with water so he got given a specialist mouth wash to help and now has to constantly chew gum and the heat from the area was crazy! Because it was daily for 6 weeks his skin in that area didn’t get a break from the heat so he ended up with quite bad blistering because really was being surgically burnt! You could feel the heat off it without even getting really close to him and it just looked sore. I think he still has some redness left from it till this day and it was about 12/13 years ago so it shows how deep down it goes!

How dodgy is it that they aren’t attending major appointments with her anymore despite the fact that her cancer is rapidly growing, her voice is getting worse, she’s having more pain, and she’s scared out of her mind about the possibly make or break result of this PET scan? This is like the prime time for them to be coddling her and yet both have gone mysteriously AWOL. Tiffany is displaying clear panic behavior and is desperately reaching out to her audience for the reassurance she should be getting from her family.
Why is this happening? Has she pushed them out and demanded to go alone? Tiffany did say before that when she was first diagnosed she was deliberately mean to Matt to push him away. I think her body is telling her that the cancer is getting worse. She’s blocking it out, but her subconscious knows. It feels like everyone is so distant from her cancer now, even Elodie. I wonder if the rest of the family sees the writing on the wall and are refusing to be filmed looking devastated at the hospital.

if he leaves now, he’s the guy who abandoned his fiancée with cancer. Alternatively, if he stays, he’s the sympathetic hero who selflessly cared for her until her dying breath. It’s a lot of pressure. He should’ve stayed ‘mystery man’ so he could’ve got out easier. His privacy is non-existent and I genuinely think some of her more looney supporters would threaten him and his family for leaving her.
I only check the TS page every couple of days now because there's no video and the comments are all the same thing. It's all the same talk about does she really have cancer, is TiFanny's bald look actually a wig that makes her look bald, and of course the usual 'karma will get you all for saying such horrible things about a sweet 'girl' like Tiffany'.
