I unfollowed Candice last year (or whenever her son was born) after she made a huge sing and dance about defending circumcision because her husband is Nigerian and it's part of his culture. Anybody who said anything vaguely negative about the practice or questioned the traditions validity seeing as we're in the UK and it's not standard practice, she shouted down. I've no time for her particular type of fury.

Yes! I didn’t unfollow at that point but very nearly did - it’s her business what she does with her kid but I don’t see the difference- it’s mutilation, the foreskin is there for a reason - if it’s a culture thing to demonise and disown LGBTQI should we do that too? If you said that though- woe you would be shot down!

Anna Hart had an Insta-story up very early this morning but it seems to have been taken down now. She said she was going off Instagram for a while because of horrible messages she’s getting from a bunch of women and when she’s back, she will be naming anyone who sends her nasty messages going forward.
