Are you from the Brummymummyof2 thread?Snacks. What is the obsession everyone seems to have with snacks nowadays? A two hour train journey, gotta have snacks. Half an hour in the car, get the snacks. Watch a film, snacks. Always sugary or salty or both, calorie laden, nutritionally empty and then people complain they can’t lose weight. Just have a proper breakfast, lunch, dinner and maybe a bit of fruit or the occasional biscuit or packet of crisps if you’re genuinely hungry and can’t wait til dinner time.
OMG YES!Red nail polish
I may be!Are you from the Brummymummyof2 thread?![]()
On that note, and I don't know if that is an American thing because I see people mentioning it on YT and buying them at Costco, those foam mats for the kitchen (endorsed by some TV chef) to make standing in the kitchen less exhausting ... Get a pair of memory foam slippers for a fraction of the price.Rugs in kitchens, trip hazard & if spill something like grease on them they are a pain to get clean!
To sell more stuff, summer is all the summer rit like BBQ stuff, swimming pool and outdoor fun stuff, winter is Xmas, spring is Easter but autumn really needed something that will increase people's spending on crapAll the autumn /halloween stuff in the shops
A) it’s over THREE MONTHS until halloween
B) why has autumn been commercialised over the last couple of years? It’s a lovely time of year but now it’s just shops makingselling crap made in China - JUST LIKE XMAS
C) for the love of god can we not stop jumping ahead to the next thing/season constantly!? It’s incessant!
Agree. Tescos is already selling their quality street tins. Piled high.To sell more stuff, summer is all the summer rit like BBQ stuff, swimming pool and outdoor fun stuff, winter is Xmas, spring is Easter but autumn really needed something that will increase people's spending on crap![]()
It's so ridiculous and then someone always pipes in with "some people are too poor to buy it all close to Christmas so they have to start buying it early". As if it's easier to save chocolate for months than to save money for that chocolate.Agree. Tescos is already selling their quality street tins. Piled high.
