When me and the kids pack a picnic for the beach my absolute GO TO is fajitas.

Said no one ever.

And when I see you advertising it I just think blimey love...why you gotta be such a try hard eh? Pack up some sarnies, big bag of crisps, maybe chop up some fruit in a Tupperware if I’m feeling fancy. Or even better just buy some lovely salty, vinegary chips while you’re down there.

Fajitas on the beach. Honestly that’s me done with the internet for today -they’re a big enough faff at home. I‘m laughing at her preparing it all and sat by herself with her white tablecloth and bone china on the freezing beach by herself tho. Quality that.

No one does impromptu picnic dinners, or brings hot food for an impromptu picnic dinner, or eats fajitas for an impromptu picnic dinner

Surely most ordinary folk bring some sandwiches and sausages rolls or, if they’re feeling flash, buys something from the chippy?

Is it only me that can’t understand why 2 grown adults who had 4 kids between them have took till now to learn to co parent their children. Surely these are things you’d learn before you have a kid together . For a supposedly well educated woman she hasn’t got a clue.

I find it completely bizarre it’s a revelation to her that making joint decision is better and more normal. What example would that of set the everyone previously? It must of been confusing to the boys. Almost like separate lives. Weird.

I’m starting to think she’s one of those women you come across that won’t say boo to a goose in real life but comes off as stand offish rather than shy, only socialises with family yet shares everything on social media.

Totally agree . I don’t think she’s a particularly confident person but can talk to her phone all day long.

I’ve just realised that the beach fajita advert was photoshopped to make the sky a uniform blue (estate agents do this to give your house more kerb appeal ). The fact it was almost certainly cloudy and grey makes it more farcical.

I don’t know whether H has been offered a place at a PRU because they’ve been so utterly against it (he was at some football-based alternative provision for a couple of weeks). But I suspect the school would make a referral pronto given the chance.

I don’t get the problem with going shirtless. I’d get it if it’s a girl but as a house with 5 sons 13,17,18,20,22 and a husband they all wander around with no top on. It’s no different to being at a pool or beach. I mean I know lots of strangers on the internet can see but I don’t know, it just doesn’t bother me. Maybe I’m odd.

I don't think you are odd. Maybe its because I don't have a dad or a brother so that is the lens I am looking at it through.

I know a lot of people say it about ptwm as she’s always putting S and I on shirtless but again they aren’t her children so I get that. It just doesn’t offend me . Mind my lot go to the loo with the door open
