Tonight I was in Hollywood Studios so my daughter could meet up with a friend who was visiting with her school from out of town. I had a solo dinner at Hollywood Brown Derby …no Trackers in sight but I did end up seeing Tina Fey. I know I know she is not nearly the celebrity that the Trackers are but what are you gonna do. 🤪
Yay your day was Tracker free!

Love Tina. She's at WDW every year at this time and she stays at the GF (that was according to a friend who was a CM )

Happy April Tattlers!

Jenn somehow managed to pull it out again and they finished April with 1.9 million views and a whopping 15 videos. 15 is not a record though, that honor goes to January with 14.

This seems to be the new normal for them with 3 out of the last 6 months finishing at 1.9 mil.

Only 2 videos broke the 100k mark--the MK ABC vlog with 132k (still didn't cover the enormous expense of that day) and the first Flower and Garden video with 106k (I'm guessing that's why they went back). Tim's Epic Yosh should cross 100k though, it's at 99k right now (the title has not been updated to say Yoshi's correct name).

1.1 million views were from the videos released in March which means about 40% of March views are from the so-called back catalog. Which is always interesting to me because people are watching their old tit almost as much as their new. It's what is keep them in business at this point and they likely know it. Between that and Patreon--they don't have to make all that many new videos. The idiots just need to keep running the playlists all days.

Maybe this comes across as a bit nasty, and I don’t mean it to, but shouldn’t Jackson be able to ride a bike without stabilizers at 6 1/2? It’s too long ago for me to remember about my kids but my grandson was doing this at 3. Maybe 🍑 hasn’t found the time to teach him yet.

Eh. Not every kid learns to ride a bike, especially in the world that we live in today where you can't just send your kids to ride bikes to their friends houses or around the neighborhood without parent supervision.

My older daughter, now 22, never learned how to ride a bike. She was a competitive athlete and our weekends were spent traveling to games since she was 8 years old. She just never expressed interest in bike riding. She had a bike. She's had several bikes. She's never learned or even wanted to learn. She graduates with her master's in a few weeks and has secured a job in her field. She's doing ok for herself. ;)

40% from the old videos, that’s high.

I suspect a lot of them are from random people who search for a video on something specific and a stupid Tracker video pops up. And I think YouTube will only pop you up in search if you’re still an active channel.

Or maybe Jaberoni just has them all on auto play.

So their running average this year so far is 2.1M views per month. Last year, they averaged 2.4M views per month. Tsk tsk.

Jenn said yesterday on one of the reels that they did Easter shopping at Disney Springs. What could she have possibly gotten there for her children for Easter, realistically? Unless she went shopping for herself.

They likely went to sugarboo and got them plush rabbits, the chocolate place for overpriced chocolate that Jenn will probably eat…maybe one of the chocolate egg piñata things that comes with a wooden mallet for the kids to terrorize each other with…world of Disney for matching shirts for everyone but Oliver, and amorrettes for treats that dim will eat.

I grew up in the 90s and didn’t learn to ride a bike until I was 10. A few years ago my then 16 year old daughter wanted to ride bikes in Santa Monica while on vacation and it was not an enjoyable experience for me. In theory I know how to ride a bike but I don’t care to ever do it again unless it’s a stationary bike at the gym.

I also vote Sugarboo for some overpriced Jellycat bunnies. Jenn likes Jellycat because they have a big instagram/TikTok presence. She thinks it's what people are supposed to buy their kids because that's what she sees the influencers do.

And both of my children have large Jellycat collections, including the FAO Schwartz Jellycat Diner exclusives. Who's the jealous hater now, Jenn?

My son learned at almost 13 during Covid! He just didn’t care when he was younger. Now he has his bike with him at college and rides to class whenever he can.

Does Jenn even know when Easter is? that's a fair question to ask.

Jumpscare to realize a 13 year old during Covid is now a college freshman/sophomore.

I told myself on the wishing pen segment that she was probably wishing her kids away, but thought it may be too mean.

I guess she will know with all the chocolate places in Disney Springs having chocolate bunnies and eggs in the window and come Monday all of them being discounted.

Real question, will they know Passover starts today? We all know that is asking too much of them to know that or Ramadan just ended a few weeks ago.

These are the top trending videos from the last 24 hours according to Viewstat.

The Adam video is still performing well — it’s getting around 1,200 views a week. We also had the Celebration of Life at the beginning of March, so it’s likely that fans of Adam are still searching for related content.

Interestingly, the video about the first day on the new Disney ship — which used to drive a lot of traffic — doesn’t appear anywhere on the trending list now. Everything else showing up is fairly recent, with only a few videos older than a year. There’s even a live show from three months ago included.

First congrats to your kiddo that is a big accomplishment. Is this one the aspiring marine biologist?

I also agree with the bike thing it took me forever to learn in part because I had a bad fall as a kid and didn't want to pick it up again for awhile. I can imagine the Trackers would not deal well when Budley inevitably skins his knee while learning how to ride a bike.

And as far as Easter traditions are concerned wonder if they'll keep up with their ecoli Easter spectacular they have been doing the past few years.

I assume they had a big bump in older views due to their week long hiatus for the vacation. The stans gotta get their fix in even if it's rewatching old crap.

Regarding the training wheels, I would say around 5-6 is the typical age to be weaned off them, but obviously every kid is different, as has already been mentioned. Of course, it would take dedication from Jackson's parents to help him achieve that goal. And despite it seemingly being a perennial NYE wish, it still hasn't happened.

I can’t argue the bike thing either. I learned around 3 and spent summers riding on bike trails at our camp and nearby state parks. But when my oldest was little we lived in an apartment, with a busy parking lot and we were on the 3rd floor. Wasn’t ideal to teach him or to store a bike. My youngest started to learn, lost interest, and has only recently asked for a bike because our neighbor rides around a lot.
