I hate the wallpaper and paint colours in Sims 4. I prefer the clothes in the Sims 4 though

Because I could never get into Sims 4, I don’t really keep up with Sims news. So when my sister texted me yesterday to tell me Sims 1 and 2 were releasing today, I freaked out

I’ve been playing Sims 1 the last few hours, I’ve never downloaded a game so fast in my life Obviously the graphics and gameplay lack the quality of the successors but it’s all about the nostalgia for me

£35 for both on ea store. Both working fine for me, some people have had crashing or not loading but im ok so far! Sims1 is so hard! I do love the ad they made advertising the bundle coming out, its a very sims 1 cheeky ad!

I hated that they changed that for 4, if there's no ladders there then they just jump out, it was such a tradition for getting rid of Sims you didn't want

I love that they added that little bit in because theres no way they don't know that's what we all did back in the day lol, also wish they hadn't let me know it's been 25 years like ughh stop making me feel that lolI’m going to buy them. I just haven’t been able to get in to the Sims 4 at all but loved 1-3.
My issue now is that I like playing the sims in close quarters like all cosy with a laptop but I don’t have a laptop anymore and do all my gaming on my tv screen hooked up to a gaming PC. I think the big tv just isn’t the right vibe

I'm new to Sims 1 and 2 do you have to download anything separate for them or just eat and off you go?
No with these repacks they have been updated to run on newer pcs so won’t need to do anything to make them run. I installed and went and all works fine no need to change anything to make the graphics work properly (they set to lowest levels on new pcs as they don’t recognise the graphics cards but these updates have fixed that)
For those of us who have got Horse Ranch, am I supposed to put my mini sheep in something as they keep wandering off and I have no idea where they are!
I thought they’d come up as a household member at the bottom of the screen like my horse has but they haven’t. Am I supposed to put them in a pen or something?

I usually build a pen and lock the gate so they can't get out. They act the same as the cottage living chickens.
I’ve been playing Sims 2 and I forgot how good it is. I’m enjoying it much more than Sims 4.
I’ve been playing the Sim Don Lothario. He was out with Cassandra Goth who he is engaged to and another Sim got jealous and slapped Cassandra, this Sim is now harassing Don he keeps coming to the house and tipping over the trash can. It’s little things like that, that make Sims 2 more entertaining than Sims 4.
