Sophie has upped her game hugely in recent years. She also looked gorgeous at the trooping of the colour. Kate always looks immaculate but I wish she would mix it up a little and move away from the block colour coat dresses. You can be regal but have some fun with clothes too.
Why are people not listening to what Catherine herself has said? She has repeatedly made it clear that she doesn't want to be treated like a clothes horse and doesn't want the focus to be solely on what she's wearing.
How many times does she have to say it? If she prefers classic block colours and timeless styles, that's her choice. Not everyone wants to turn every public appearance into a fashion show.
She can say that but people will always be interested in what she’s wearing and her fashion choices. She could really lean into that by supporting up and coming British and commonwealth designers.
People are free to be interested in what she wears, but they shouldn't be disappointed if she doesn't dress the way they want her to. She isn't a doll for people to dictate to.
