She wouldn’t do that though because a - she would have to pay for it and b - she wouldn’t be able to criticise the nhs if something did go wrong.I can’t make head nor tail of her last story but she seems to have very high expectations and entitlement around the NHS, which she has a chip on her shoulder about in the first place. She’d be better off going private in future.
She thinks her following online will scare them into treating her like a VIP.Emailing the hospital CEO?? Saying what??
I hope anyone that comes into contact with her in the hospital have plenty of whatever their choice of treats are waiting at home for them after their shift - they deserve all the treats and pampering after having to deal with herheaven help the nurses/midwives/drs working there today.
I had similar, I have type 1 diabetes so was under consultant care and always knew I’d be induced (unless I went into labour prematurely). I was happy with my consultant’s advice and had someone like her telling me to ignore everythingIt reminds me of when I was pregnant, I had someone like her telling me to decline growth scans and consultant appointments (because my bmi was 33 and anything over 30 required extra appointments)
They don’t care about the safety of the baby, it’s all to keep the mum happy and fuck the consequences
Perhaps she already has. She was Lauren Goodger’s doula when her baby died wasn’t she? I wonder if LG will ever say what was determined in the post-mortem or if any further inquest has happened/is happening?I’m absolutely infuriated by her latest posts. She’s done her research and knows the markers to look out for, so can decline further tests? But are you a doctor? NO
my baby got admitted at 3 weeks old and had to have a lumber puncture and it did luckily turn out to just be a virus.
But why would you deny any further testing to ensure everything is crossed off? She is an absolute dick head!!! She’s going to make a mistake soon
I doubt she would if there was any indication the death was avoidablePerhaps she already has. She was Lauren Goodger’s doula when her baby died wasn’t she? I wonder if LG will ever say what was determined in the post-mortem or if any further inquest has happened/is happening?
Totally agree with all of this. She has a masssssive chip on her shoulder with the nhs. Go private then!!!From the sounds of her explanation (which again, was hard to follow) they would have been in the pédiatrics ward not NICU as they got sent home then readmitted.
But I totally agree her entitlement around it was insane. We had a 4 month stay in NICU/SCBU last year with my little boy and she needs to check herself. I didn’t get to stay in the same room as him until we roomed in before discharge when he was 4 months old. You can guarantee the other parents on that ward must think she’s a right twatalso if I’d listened to someone like her (I had severe sudden onset preeclampsia at 27 weeks despite being low risk) me and my baby would have died. He had to have numerous tests, IVs, blood transfusions and an operation. She would have me refusing all of it no doubt and he wouldn’t be here today.
Sorry for the rant, but I am furious that she’s trying to pull her (delusional) rank re:neonatal care now. She is dangerous AF.
What she seems to consistently describe is not her acting in her baby’s best interests but wanting to be defiant against the evil doctors and NHS. She just comes across as a moron putting herself and her baby at riskstill.
Also her passive aggressive quotation marks do my head in. The baby was doing better so the doctor was “happy” to discharge him. What is that even meant to mean? it seems like she’s trying to say the doctor wasn’t really happy. A doctor, who looks after sick children for a living, on the overstretched NHS, is just soooooo desperate to keep her well child in the hospital. She seriously needs to stop posting this shit. She’s a liability and completely deluded.
She’s too cheap / needs the controversy for content….Totally agree with all of this. She has a masssssive chip on her shoulder with the nhs. Go private then!!!
Trouble is - and I’m not defending her in anyway - but private only really exists for elective services and routine care, if she’d gone private for her birth she’d have been blue lighted to a NHS hospital anyway.Totally agree with all of this. She has a masssssive chip on her shoulder with the nhs. Go private then!!!
Oh that’s true, I always forget that!Trouble is - and I’m not defending her in anyway - but private only really exists for elective services and routine care, if she’d gone private for her birth she’d have been blue lighted to a NHS hospital anyway.
